First time in a Winchell’s since I was a kid. Donuts were good. The chocolate with chocolate sprinkles was above average. Also ordered chocolate and maple old fashioned. Both were good but not great. Apple turnover was good as well. A lot of posts are negative about the service. We didn’t have any problem but it was slow.
Best doughnuts out of anywhere. The smoothie strawberry and bananas was not to good. It wasn't up to par of Winchell standards im use to.
Very clean inside. Large Apple Fritters, chocolate donuts and glazed donuts were fresh and delicious!
Location has a lots of parking, Food isdelicious, I love to go there because oftheir Outstanding costumer service PerlaSura and her Team area Five Stars InHospitality.
Great Donuts but no raspberry jelly-filled! That's atrocious! Only kidding they're a favorite so they go fast. I've always loved Winchell's Donuts they have a taste all their own.
Today I went to my favorite place, but honestly I don’t understand why when the cashier tells a costumer to pls wear a mask , some of her cocworker comes and say is okay to be with out of mask me and my husband where so disappointed about this incident they guy was so rude and we couldn’t believe what we where hearing feel bad for the employees and she always nice and the guy that was working her didn’t even apologize to us so disappointed. Hopes everyone knows is for our own good to wear mask .
Yesterday, my husband and I thought we’d tryDuck Donuts. That’s the first and last time for that. What a performance to get two donuts. The young man was working very hard and was extremely helpful to us, as first timers! Afraid the donuts there are just too much trouble for what they are. We’ve been customers of the Winchells at Magnolia/Warner for many, many years. We will definitely continue getting our doughnuts from there. We thought we’d give Duck Doughnuts a try, our first & last I’m afraid.Keep up the good work at Winchells!!!!!
Bad attitudes. Won't serve you if you don't wear a mask. Left with my 5 kids. Donut Star has just as great donuts. Way better attitudes. Don't care if you don't muzzle your children.
I came in to pick up an online order tonight for a delivery app and the employee pretended that she didn’t know what the app was and kept asking me when I myself made the order. I just don’t get it. You do not get these orders unless you have a pad with a registered account. The more I tried to explain why I was there, the more short she got with me. Smh. Absolutely ridiculous.
Its a hit and miss!. I give it those stars, because their products are good. You have some people that provide great customer service "no problem!" Others act like your bothering them! Theres times I've walked in, and stood there for a good few min., said, "Hello" had to bang their counter to get their attention. Few min later, they come out mad! Why?? Other times, ive just walked out. I'd rather go 10min the other way, than deal w/poor service/attitudes! The freway is just right there!Too! Can't name-names, because they dont wear name tags. FYI..Pay attention to your receipts.[Added lil charges] they tried that on me.Bad at answering their phones too!
