Honestly the person at the drive thru was super rude he didn't say hi or greet me at all and handed me my drinks like he didn't want to be there and then my food took over 10 min to come out and he's not saying anything like sorry about the wait it will be right out.. nothing! He shouldn't be working the drive thru if he's going to act like he doesn't want to be there. Customer service is a BIG thing for me and definitely will NOT be going back to this location l
Short on time, saved my butt on the way to the ER.... Fast serving, open Late night drive thru... $5 biggie bag with bacon double stack, fries, ? chicken nuggets, and a drink, or Four for $4 meal... Includes same items, nugs,1 choice of 3 burgs, fry, and a Drizink? (Four for $5 meal at other Wendy's).... Was Short on cash but still enough for me and my girl ?.
Ordered from the kiosk was kind of a disaster. I've made an order through the kiosk and it charge through my card, but it didnt come on their POS system. I've talked to the manager about the situation and they say they cant give me my order if it didnt go through their POS system even though I already show them my statement that my card has already been charged. So I guess be careful ordering through the kiosk.
Took 15 minutes to get the coldest tough hamburger that I mistook for a day old burger!
We ordered through the app and it said we paid and then the server went down and our order was cancelled. A few days later, the same thing happened
Not bad, $5 bags deals are the best, drive up line takes a long while, but the food is hot and tasty !
Always great! Staff is friendly, food is hot and fresh. Don't mind the construction out front on brookhurst as it's not too bad. Keep en eye out for the exit driveway, the city still hasn't finished it yet and it's pretty rough. This location is always a must when I'm driving by.
