Our family brings in from the Habit 3 to 4 times a month, and it's generally 5 star! However, tonight was not quite as perfect as usual. The cobb salad was quite soggy! Overall, everything else was perfect, so I still have to give them 5 stars!!! Side note, Liz is a Rockstar!!! She should be running the Fountain Valley location, or maybe even a corporate gig!!! Just Saying!!!
Don’t be in a hurry! Took 15 min to get a burger and fries to go. A lot of people cleaning place is spotless but maybe they need more people on the line. Please don’t tell me Covid I’m sick of that excuse burger fries and a drink was $16 they can pay the help.

Better than In-and-Out. I'm a burger and toasted bread type, so I can't speak about the rest of the menu. I wish all Habits had drive-thru windows.
After golfing at David l. Baker i was starving. I have not been to The Habit Burger Grill in a very long time and oh boy I was satisfied! The Santa Barbara was an absolute delight. But to me personally, customer service is and should be a priority. We were received with a warm welcome and even tho she was wearing a mask, I'm sure she had a smile on her face. I want to thank Liz for an absolute above and beyond service. Its individuals such as Liz that give this restaurant a great name. To management, you have a Gem at the fountain Valley location. I will be delighted to return here every time I am in the area.
I love the burgers at The Habit...But this location in Foutain Valley is terrible. My Santa Barbara Char was overloaded with so much mayo and hastily slapped together. The avacado was all on one half of the burgers and the patties were randomly placed on the bread making for a sloppy mess. I ate about half of it and threw the rest away. It was not busy at all but my ticket time was 16 minutes. I wasted my time and money at this place.

Place is horrible. Horrible staff that does not greet at all, food takes forever even if you call it in or order online. In N OUT is better. Habit overpriced and not a fan.
