got the snow strawberry lulu and the matcha brown sugar, matcha was a little grainy but it tasted good. strawberry is like a slushy texture, gave me a lil brain freeze but thats my problem
It has been 2 months since my last visit. I am very disappointed today to the point that I would need to leave a review so the owner knows that their boba quality is no longer what they are famous for. Not like the other visit, the boba today that I got is so soggy and enormous just felt like the boba from yesterday. Today might be my last visit from The Alley. It’s not worth to pay almost $7 for a large milk tea with soggy boba.
Got a large Ube Taro Brown Sugar Deerioca and it was delicious! Some of the best boba I've ever had - it was perfectly soft and chewy. The Ube/taro was good but kind of gritty, it definitely added texture to the drink. And the brown sugar part was super sweet but well balanced if you stirred it. Highly recommend!
Great customer service. The drink was on point every time I ordered my drink. The boba was so warm and chewy.
The milk tea was really good. It wasn’t overly sweet. I loved how creamy it was. The wait was short to receive our order. It was a nice place to hang out and socialize. We never felt rushed to leave. Enjoyable experience. Will come back to try the strawberry mochi drink.
High end boba place. We tried strawberry lulu and pear oolong tea. The strawberry lulu had just the right amount of creamy sourness. The regular boba texture was good. The pear oolong was not as good. It didn't have a strong tea flavor like I expected. Each of these cost about $6-7. Too expensive for what we end up getting.
Not your generic boba place! The drinks a a bit pricey, but it's worth it every once in a while to treat yourself. Service was also super quick, which was really nice on a time crunch.
Great place to hang out with friends and family. Their drinks are good. Similar to many milk tea, coffee store but the quality stands up a bit in my opinion.
Just walked in and got something quick, but both drinks we got were delicious! Will most likely return to try more from the menu. Cool atmosphere
This used to be a good place. But recently the employees here is quite rude! Telling people where to sit\ stand. Understand that they are just trying to protect their employees from covid but you shouldn't sound so rude! It our first stop for the day and it ruined. Luckily we were just in and out. I bet if we stayed just a minute longer they will tell me to go stand somewhere else... Also they told a lady with a baby in her hand sleeping to put a mask on or else they won't serve her. I mean we understand it covid but chill out a little. Y'all are behind the glass with mask and glove! Well except the manager I guess she was staring at us the entire time we stood and waited for out drinks and she also make drinks without glove on but everyone else had to. This place is at least 1000 to 2000 sq at least.
