NOT Fresh!!! This is the first Subway with stale bread! My first sandwich was a toasted sandwich and I thought it was kind of too toasted? But then when I ate the one that wasn't toasted noticed it was just like it had been toasted, but it was stale. I also wondered why all the bread was falling off the sides and all on top of me stale bread. What else is stale? The two women we're not nice at all, looked mad. Fresh bread and any niceness would have made my day, and instead I feel like a piece of my day was stolen...
Please fix your closing time online it said they were open till 10 but closed at 9 not cool
They use these scoops for the chicken strips but they don't fill it literally 3 strips per scoop i dont thik it's worth 11 dollars
How many times have I been to Subway and never have I had such a pathetic amount of cheese on a sandwich and told I'd be charged extra. Horrible. Robbing your customers.

This subway location charges extra for veggies. I asked for more spinach or tomatoes, the young manager tells me that it would be extra each time I ask for more veggies. Also, in the Summer, there is no A/C here so avoid this place as their meat/veggies may not be fresh and healthy! Cheap Manager here! Will never return here again ever!

Well a subway is a subway so, my review is on the service.Today I drove to this subway instead of the 5 others within 5 miles of my house because I had a coupon. There was only one employee working (within customer view) at 6pm and the 10 sandwiches in front of me took this poor girl 20 minutes to make. I waited patiently then order two of the exact same subs, same bread, same ingredients, she made them at the same time. At the register I handed her the coupon and she took the coupon to another staff member, then returns to me and says "we're not accepting coupons" ....uhhh... kay... so I get charged for two 6" subs when I would've gotten a foot long had I known that they weren't accept coupons.And the fact that she walked over to another staff member out of customer view to refuse my coupon probably means that's her supervisor who isn't helping her when she's drowning during the dinner rush. Not sure if the other employee didn't want to help or took their lunch break during the dinner rush but overall that was a pretty insane situation just to get ripped off.I'd recommend taking the 3 extra minutes to drive to the subway on Brookhurst and Warner or Ellis. I've never had problems at either of those.**looking back at my review and photo I also see that they are also overcharging people DURING A HEALTH PANDEMIC a sales tax by making everyone order "for here" despite their seating being closed so it charges sales tax. This place is genuinely bad and run by bad human beings. Please avoid it**
This was a terrible experience. The location was definitely understaffed and overworked. They messed up my order, I usually love subway but this one needed more workers because they couldn't seem to handle the work load. Wouldn't go back
