Came Friday Forgot my croissant call the place if I could get a refund advised me no that I can come in any day and let them know I forgot she said she will note me down went today told them my name they checked nothing all they said sorry your name not on her it’s just $3 but really! Asked her who was working Friday I called at 1229 am all she said was sorry idk wasn’t working Friday
Coffee is fine. Seating is ok. Location is good/convenient. But please, don’t have Marin work the register. She is very unpleasant. I don’t need an employee asking me my life story and sitting with me hearing my problems but pleases and thank you’s go a long way, hell even just a smile would be nice. And I watched her with the next few customers. Same thing. Ever so slightly better with females but very cold generally speaking. There was another woman behind her how was pleasant.

No one greeted me. Took several minutes before someone came to take my order. She seemed annoyed ?. Person at pick up was nice. Drinks were accurate. Too bad about the service.

I place my usually order I get about everytime my kids are good and getting a treat. The manager was rude and said that my order was not possible and against company policy. I explained that my store does this all the time and is possible. I've been a gold member for almost 20 years and not once have I been given a hard time or told something was not possible. No it not something seasonal or anything just a regular menu drinks. The barista was amazing though and still made it for me after reading the ticket and asking about it. That the only reason I didn't give a worse review.

I have no idea,they make wrong drink 2 Times have a bunch of ice so when I paid money I feel I got ice more than coffee,and I ask water they only want to give me a small,if I don’t ask again I won’t get water size I want
