It has been a long time since I have been to one, but it was good and the staff friendly. The only downside was they were out of chocolate ice cream.
$16 unlimited Salad bar for adult or $8 for kids or as an add-on if you buy other entrees. I came to Sizzler because I miss Souplantation, now forever gone.My wife ordered the Salmon grilled, which was good. But I ordered the steak and was not impressed. Still, we would definitely come back for Salad Bar which includes 4 pots of soup, Tacos, and a bunch othet stuffs on the side.
When I paid for my meal I asked to add a four dollar tip. She said sure and processed my card. She then said that she would give the server the tip. Normally they give the guest the tip money to give the server. Shortly i realizes why. Because I wouldn't of tip me server. He disappeared and hide near the pickup window and use his phone. He would hang out near the cashier. Myself and others would get up for clean plates. The hot food was dry and old. The carnitas were rubber. Also the kitchen was blaring music. My first and last time at this location.
It was good, not really too busy at 8:30 in the evening on a Wednesday night. New York steak was very good, nice size with Shrimp and Salad Bar. Service was better, the attendant was very attentive to her customers. Seems really great place for families with children.
3.5 what can I say its sizzler. You get what you are expecting. Wish they would not overfill stations so that items can stay fresher by rotating in more often, but I get it. Really, I'm just being picky. staff was attentive, facility was clean, food was as expected nothing exciting or disappointing except that chocolate ice cream is never available when I happen to be in(suspicious) . I going to say it was a budget cut as I know vanilla is cheaper. Stick to salad bar I personally would avoid menu as really sizzle imo is all about the salad bar. Rest of the menu I've found redundant. 1 out of 100 would give a 70. Only come as papa bear loves, not waiting to be seated and that it is normally not crowded.
This franchise doesn't offer coupons for birthdays. The staff is friendly. Even though they have signs to wear a mask, they don't notice & remind guest to wear a mask when at the salad bar. Also need to remind people not to take their used bowl to get a 2nd serving of soup. Protect your guests, Sizzler. People, please be considerate.
I remember eating here when I was young. Great then and great today. Love the salad bar. Great customer service. Definitely coming back soon .
Being from the east coast visiting CA we were excited and shocked to see Sizzler still existed. The restaurant still looked the same as we remembered from years ago. The food was pretty good. The baked potato was missing the seasoned skin (which was the best part) that we remembered. The whole experience was overall good. Service was EXCELLENT! The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our dining experience.
Very greatful to see that the salad bar is open but not as tailored as before the pandemic and they're now waiting on table which was not the case prior to the pandemic.Overall was a very happy late birthday dinner with my old man who loved everything.
Nice, clean Sizzler. Staff was also very helpful. The salad bar is great and had a lot of variety. I had not gone to Sizzler in awhile, so was surprised to see prices had gone up and selection down slightly. I am sure it is covid related, as are increases everywhere. All in all, we enjoyed a nice dinner.
