Great Food, Great prices. My go to is the South Pasta, which reminds me of New Orleans. They also have good pho, and they also have many different flavors of fries. When i lived in FV this was my go to place due to the great food, at very affordable prices.

The food tastes perfectly. I wish my stomach is of double size. Environment is like indoor cinema' : quiet, clean, air conditioned . Staffs are very friendly, ?☺? treatment. A worhthy place to enjoy yummy meals and, esp. release the stress. ???

I'm so glad I found this local restaurant. As of Oct 2021, I don't think you can find any phở for under $9. I had seafood phở regular size for $7.25. The food is delicious, and the price is kept down unlike other explosive prices of other restaurants. Phở K-tea undercut Phở Bánh mì chè cali the next block by about $1-$1.5 for each entry. The restaurant is cleaner too, and there aren't so many people waiting in line and the servers yelling at each other like Phở bánh mì chè Cali. I think I will keep coming back to this restaurant more often.Bánh canh cua + seafood phở for 2. Total $18.
Rude workers. Bad service. Pho is mediocre...
The service was good. The peanut sauce was exceptionally good. The menu choices where great especially if you want a little of this and a little of that. The tea drinks are awesome as well. 10/10 food choices
Pho K-Tea is clean and the staff is friendly. Food is very good specially Krispy Seafood Rice.
Brisket Pho in Bone Broth...healthy and delicious, large serving could feed Two!
