I have been getting Pho when I’m in FV for years and the food is pretty good, but the service is HORRIBLE. What should take minutes literally takes an hour (even when the restaurant is empty) Terrible communication and they just don’t care. Everyone that works there is annoyed and hates their job. Like they are being forced to be there.I will never go back to this restaurant. I have found a much better and more flavorful Pho place when I’m in this area called Pho 10. Better location, better food, better parking and MUCH BETTER SERVICE. See ya!
I regretted a few minute after I came in. But it was too late I thought it’ll be something quick and looks ok. Haven’t been here about 5 years so l, service then was a bit better. Yesterday’s was Nope! Save your money and go elsewhere. It was ok. What irks me was when I got full and did not finish half my foods and asked for a container to hold my soup and another for egg rolls. That woman turned around an about to hand me little brown bag! Unbelievable!! ?Seriously ? do you think that little brown paper bags will hold the water soup ?or the sauce condiment for the egg rolls. Smh I said “NO!” I need box container. She then walks over and came back to give me the little styrofoam container.. not the cup.. yeah that’s not gonna hold the water. By then I was like nevermind. What’s so hard to understand?!? I’ll just put the noodles and egg rolls in there but I’m NEVER COMING BACK.
Lunchtime go to! Pho was really good, no complaints! Chicken Pho is always 50% off and doesn’t disappoint. Egg rolls are some of the BEST. This small place gets crowded so be prepared or order take out.
Hands down to best Pho in Orange County and best combination fry rice
If you want great Pho, look anywhere else.Have been eyeing this place for a while, but was ultimately let down by the overall experience. The service was subpar (almost didn’t get a drink I paid for) and despite saying we were going to dine-in, we were given to-go containers which would’ve been fine, if my pho fit in the container they gave us.The Pho broth just seemed like chicken stock with some seasoning and the rare steak was super tough. The chicken banh mi my wife had was decent and the egg rolls were the best part of the meal…which isn’t saying much.Overall, there are much better Vietnamese places all around the OC, and if it wasn’t across from the hospital it’d be irrelevant.
There's a rotation of places from which I pick up delicious food that even my fussy kid will eat, this is his face. Wherever you need a break from cooking without sacrificing flavor, try this spot
What a shame… this used to be one of my favorite pho spots but the service is HORRIBLE. There’s only 2 workers that need to take phone orders, dining in orders, in person takeout orders, make the drinks, charge people both dining in and take out. ABSOLUTE MESS. The place is popular and shouldn’t be short on $$ so why are they sooooo understaffed? I left after waiting for 15 minutes.. no servers nothing just 2 ladies “trying” to take care of the mess. I’m having ramen today i guess bc this aint it.
Not worth it, save your money. Food was horrible, service was horrible. Waited about 15 mins to be seated, got our menu, ordered and waited another 15 -20 mins for food. They did not bring us any water during the entire meal. We just ate, paid and left and went to buy water at the gas station.
Worst service attitudes I've experienced, I used to come here a lot and am very familiar with their service, but I just cannot go here anymore. The quality has gone down too. I got a large pho and it was the size of their old regular. Spend a tiny bit more and go somewhere better
Food is good, service is not so good. It has taken as long as 10 minute ms to get a menu, and as long as 20 minutes for them to return to take my order. Never have I had them come to refill a drink. When it’s time to pay your check, be prepared to wait awhile in line, or even if you are up to pay at the register. They Handel one person at a time, taking orders, full filing the orders, and ringing up that customer before moving into another customer. They do not have a dedicated cashier that just takes payments. I’ve waited 25 minutes in line when there were only 2 customers in front of me. I know what my order costs (always order the same thing) so I just put my receipt number and cash down by the register and walk out.
