I was just there. I ordered a bowl with teriyaki chicken. 3 workers asked me if I wanted sauce on the chicken or on the side. I said ON THE SIDE PLEASE all three times. One of the new girls even said the blue packets are all we have, and I said thats perfect. I just got back to work and I realized I never got any sauce.. such a huge fail. I got dry chicken and rice with no sauce. Your employees are forgetful and only worry about asking for donations. Do better.
Wasn't too happy with this location. I placed an online order for pick up at 5:15PM, got there at 5:20PM and there was a line out by the door. Thankfully for online orders, you go straight to the front and let them know you're there to pick up an order, so I did. I was told to wait while they got it ready, assuming they'll package the food right off the spot but that wasn't the case. 20-30mins went by, and I watch the staff get other to-go orders ready AND help the line go down. I was literally the last person to get their food, I could've waited in line and gotten my food quicker than going through this whole ordeal.As for the food, as it was supposed to be fresh, I came home within 20 mins with the food ready to and it didn't taste nor smelled fresh. The food did not sit well with me and my girlfriend by the end of the night, might've been food poisoning.
The food and crew are great but the website doesn't let you order some fountain drinks (sprite, lemonade...) online so you have to order what they offer and actually pour it out and refill! Please fix this!

I didn't even get a fork and I asked for chopsticks didn't even get that. Now I have to eat with my hands.

That branch doesn’t serve food as it should be , I ordered online for pickup today and when I opened the boxes at home there was too much vegetables and very very little chicken and meat .. kids were disappointed with the portions of mushroom chicken Wok-Seared steak and there was one shrimp lol , even rice and chow mein were like 3 spoons .. too bad Panda Express …Not going there again ..
they made food close to closing just for us, they didnt have to but they said they would make a single serving
