This has to be one of the best sushi places I have been to in Orange County. The level of craftsmanship of the sushi is at another level than most sushi places. The inside is small and it is a bit hard to find in the plaza, but once in you will be in for a next level sushi experience. A reservation is definitely needed. This is not a cheap sushi place so if you order some drinks expect to pay quite a bit. However this is not a setback, as the food is worth every single penny of it's full value. I recommend this place if you are looking for a high end sushi restaurant. Absolutely worth the visit!
Omakase was delicious. The fish was so fresh. And the dishes were thoughtfully created.
Went here on diner date my wife. What a lovely surprise. Cool and hip place for sushi. Servers were on point. We enjoyed every bites.
Authentic sushi restaurant with great service and ambience. Chefs are very talented and creative. Everything was delicious and beautifully presented. Definitely recommend for uni lovers!

I wanted to like this place, unfortunately it fell short on every dimension. Presentation is important but taste comes first. The appetizers where tasteless. The chawn mochi had undercooked shitaki mushrooms and zero umami. The bluefin tuna in the sashimi was from an inferior cut and tasted irony. The uni and toro appetizer was just ok. Now onto the sushi, the first piece was a disaster. The rice was beyond mushy. Sushi is all about the rice. I could no longer continue the meal after that. I paid my bill and left.
This place is simply incredible. The sushi just keeps getting better. When you think you’ve had your best one they hit you with something even better. Black cod w/ truffle salt is life changing!
