I don't give low ratings lightly but after ordering, it was repeated to me correctly, yet when I received it, it was wrong, and a small fly flew out of my food. I was so grossed out. I didn't even want to walk back into the store for a refund. Into the trash it went.
Got my 2 for $5.00 breakfast egg/ sausage Mc muffin, (great price by the way) as well I ordered a drink.Order took forever for some reason but the service was great overall
I like to go early to McDonald's to get a mocha frappe drink. I changed the size from medium to small a couple months ago but just found out they raised the price @ 80 cents. Now it's $3.38 for a small. Love those drinks but must have had too many that McDonald's knows it's a best seller & is cashing in on my patronage.
I almost never take the time to stop at this McDonalds. They never get my order right and it seems pretty simple. If you go inside to try to correct it they throw the blame on you. For example, I ordered a large fry no salt as part of my meal.Normally I'm asked to wait a few extra minutes because they're making them fresh. Not today, they came right out with my meal pretty quickly.So of course now I had to park my car bring my soggy cold fries that they refried for a second to get the salt off of the previously made fries.I went through the drive-thru so I wouldn't have to get out of my car because I have my children with me, I had to go inside anyways just to get an argument about my cold soggy fries.This location also will not alter any promotional offers periods so if you want the 2 for $5 oh, no matter how much you're willing to pay extra for Canadian bacon they will not put it on the sandwich for you. They will make you pay for a totally different sandwich which is way more expensive.I completely understand that this is McDonald's and not Burger King so sometimes I feel like I guess I can't have it my way, but if I'm willing to pay extra then please go ahead and do what I'm asking, don't ruin my entire day by ruining a simple breakfast.
Just got back from McDonald's. Had to wait long time for someone to even come out front, they weren't friendly. I ordered 2 M hot mochas and hash browns. When I got my receipt she had left off hash browns but had gone in back before I could catch her. She brought out two S mochas. Finally got whole order corrected, no apology and when I got home there was no mocha in the coffee. Service for others there was just as bad. They all were not happy.
The 3 stars is because they do seem to be nice for the most part. But this is like the 3rd time I’ve gone and gotten a large CARAMEL iced coffee and it tastes horrible and bitter and almost like black coffee. Not only does it taste like there’s absolutely no caramel in it but it doesn’t even taste like there’s any type of sweetener in it there must be because of this light color but it’s seriously taste so bitter that I absolutely can’t get myself to get used to the horrible taste in my mouth. Every other McDonald’s I’ve ever been to...their caramel iced coffee’s taste pretty much the same! but they are awful at this location!
The crew here is always nice and my order is always correct. I am there every morning and they are pleasant and BONUS, they treat me like a regular. Just wish it had a separate entrance from the Costco gas crowd!
There can be a bit of a line sometimes especially with the Costco Gas line getting in the way sometimes but overall pretty good service.

Well Mc Donald is fake food for all kids and anyone who buys into the Kool aid. I would never stop and buy from them. I don't know why this pop up on my share experience but that's what I think.
