The cashier, “Marin”?, a short haired girl with large dangly earrings and tattoos hates her job. It shows. This place is empty and she may very well be the reason. Personally if I have to interact with her I may eat elsewhere. Monotone, no pleases or thank you’s, nothin. The young man making the sandwich had a nice tone and smiled. I don’t need a lot when I pay for stuff but a poor attitude is NOT what I need.The roast beef sandwich was good but nothing special. And cold which is fine but I wasn’t offered any options at all at the register. Maybe ask if I want it toasted? Is that an option? Didn’t even ask if I wanted a combo.
I ordered on sandwich from them and they said “15 minutes.” About 45 minutes later I get a call and they say they are sorry for the wait and now have a driver out with my delivery. 30 minutes after that I call the store to see what the hold up is and they say they refunded me bc I am out of range. Without even thinking to call me and tell me that. I’m 2.5 miles away from the store. Horrible service
Ordered online and proceeded to the store to pick up. I ordered two sandwhiches, two bags of chips, and a drink. The sandwiches and one bag of chips was ready to be picked up. I ask the guy at the register for another bag of chips and a drink. He kept his head down looking at the register and abruptly said "you can get them yourself" while pointing at a cup and bag of chips.I understand that the drinks are self service and the bags of chips are displayed at the front. But they really expect a customer to reach behind the counter to grab a cup and also grab their own bag if chips when an online order should be all ready to go?Sandwiches were made quickly but their service is terrible. Cashier's attitude needs improvement.

Seemed like the manager was training many newer employees. She was doing a good job keeping everything moving, under the circumstances. Great Gargantuan ?!
The food was good but the staff was terrible. They were definitely understaffed and needed more, workers that were motivated to work. Would not go back.
