This Janba Juice location is always clean and employees includimg store mgr.are friendly and always greet when entering store.
I often order by phone on my way. I do this to save time. Often they don’t start making it until i arrived and after I paid. Sort of defeats the purpose of calling ahead of time. They need to fix this…
Smoothies always thick great quality
Really bad service I call speak to Manny to have my order ready and when I got there my order wasn’t ready so I had to wait for 10 minutes not only that but but they didn’t know what they were doing I completely left with out my order so upset!!!!!!!
Employees seem depressedBeen here twice in a week. First drink was good, second was watery. Both times the employee that handed off the drink seemed unhappyBoth visits were around 11 am. There was never a "Welcome In" from any employee (at least I didn't hear it).

My wife and my oldest son went into this store to get drinks. I am ONLY giving this place 4 Stars cause I didn't go in to experience full customer service. My wife ordered a large banana and strawberry smoothie. My son ordered banana and peanut butter (tasted like chocolate).
After ordering on Monday October 25th at 6:00pm in the store, the Asian girl working gave my girlfriend a horrible açaí bowl with little to know granola when we both asked for extra and it was clear that she messed up her bowl when I ordered basically the same one with a clear difference. We were respectful and did nothing wrong and the only thing that could have possibly changed the way she made the bowl was the fact that she was paid in $1 bills which shouldn’t be a problem and definitely should not change the way you act towards a customer.
