Solid little gem in a strip mall. One day I had a craving for Thai. I don’t often eat out so I just searched around my location at the time. This place did not disappoint. I had the coconut chicken soup (don’t know the real name) and shrimp fried rice. Both were excellent and the portions were very generous. Had enough for a meal the next day. Hungry Boy is clean and the staff was friendly and happy to give me suggestions (since I was a new patron).I have already recommended this place to a few people and will definitely go there again. Try this place. You won’t be disappointed.
Great Thai food. I got the fried rice and shrimp, the pad sew with beef and BBQ pork with brown rice. It was yummy ?.
I lot of things going on. First, I love how simple the menu is. I think this has a lot to do with how fresh each dish tastes. I appreciate when a restaurant decides to do a few dishes really well versus have dozens of choices. All of our Thai favorites made it on the menu.Second, love the packaging! Each dish is perfectly portioned into a bowl. I like picking up dinner and lunch for the next day. The bowl fits perfect in my lunch bag.I’ve tried 5 dishes so far and I can’t decide which one I like the most, they are all winners. So far I have had Pad Thai with tofu, Tom Yum soup with chicken, Spicy Basil Chicken, Panang Curry with tofu, and Chicken Satay.Aside from having all their seasoning/spices on point, the other difference I noticed is they use a lighter hand with cooking oil. I didn’t realize how much of a difference it would make until I had Hungry Boy.Keep being fresh, Hungry Boy!
My beef Pad Thai & Paw See Wee are amazing. Well packaged too which keep the food warm even half an hour after pickup! Well priced too. Will be back for sure!
I ordered two Thai teas and five egg rolls for delivery. The egg rolls weren't even that good. I don't know what happened with the Thai teas they ran out or something? They could of least called me so I could cancel so I paid 14 and I didn't even get a refund or nothing definitely not ordering from here again.
Loved the chicken satay bowl with bomb peanut sauce!
Food was delicious. The thai limeade tea was far too sweet for me but the fñavor was good.
Best fresh limeade in town. Eating with all the stir fried noodle is the best. Will visit again soon
Good curry. Reasonable prices. Fast service
I've added an updated menu since prices have gone up a little. Really great casual Thai place and the flavors and textures of the food are on point! I got the chicken satay bowl with veggies instead of rice. The veg was steamed perfectly....not too crunchy and not too soft. The chicken is satay was tender and had great seasoning. They give a big side of peanut sauce as well and this place has one of the better tasting satays I've ever had (it's my favorite thing to get from Thai restaurants, so I've had a lot). Nice big bowl of Tom Kha chicken soup rounded out my meal. Portion and pricing is nice and fair. Best of all, the food tastes really good. A lot of people came for take out so it seems quite popular!
