The food was good, the servers were very tentative, only thing is the don't have like any accommodations for people that are trying to be like low carb, we wanted like a salad or celery sticks instead of fries to go with our meal. And I wish they had fried oysters they only offer raw. We got snow crab, soft shell fried crab, hot N juicy shrimp & Dungeness crab, my favorite was the garlic butter snow crab & hotNjuicy shrimp.?
We had a great time. Our party was large but we came early and got seated right away. The food was great and the staff was very attentive.
Im surprised to see bad reviews been coming here for maybe 7yrs i think maybe more idk they always great and delicious, servers are constantly new but really nice the dining hall could use a deep clean but i love it there

LOUISANNA better step it up!! Wore my crawfish eatin shirt from New Orleans and my flip flops!! Perfect tempurature inside...i hate being cold while i eat!I did my research!! It was on Unique Eats if u watch food shows!! I do and love them! Chuey was awesome!! We appreciate ur great energy!!Very knowledgeable about the menu and drinks!!The environment is a sports bar feel but still restaurant!!Now about the 2lbs of CRAWFISH!!...I got the hot and juicy extra spicey!! It was soooo awesome!! Potato on point...corn outstanding!!! But the SIZE is what matters!! THESE WERE HUGE!! This is a great place and I highly recommend!! Horrible ExperienceOn Saturday, the 26th, at around 2:30 pm, my husband called to make a reservation for a party of 20 at 8 pm. The host/ lady that answered took the reservation and told him that she put him down and that when we arrived, to let them know so they could put the tables together. Mind you; we live 40 min away. So we get there, and my husband goes in to let them know we have arrived. They tell him that they don't take reservations. We explained to the host and the manager on duty, Will, that the person who answered when we called earlier took the reservation. The manager on duty apologizes and tells us that it's first come, first serve. Also, because they are swamped and have ten parties ahead of us, they can't guarantee we will be sat. So now there are 20 of us who made the 40 drive are now being told that we won’t get seated. I told the manager that that was a mistake made on their end and not ours, so we didn't find It fair. We wasted our time and GAS, as we all know that is not cheap right now. He just continued to apologize and say that there was nothing he could do. He said we could order takeout and that only takes 20-25 min. He made no effort to try to come to a solution for their mistake. His attitude and demeanor is not one of a GM. I understand that things happen and that they were busy but we did not feel like he cared whatsoever. He told us we we can order takeout. It wasn't what we wanted, but after speaking to my family, we all agreed we would order takeout since we had already made the drive. We asked the host, Vivian( who was super sweet) if we can get a discount of some sort. She said she would have to ask her manager Will, the GM if it would be okay; she came back to say that he said no because it's against company policy. Which It's complete BS! We left hungry, disappointed and upset about the whole situation an specially at how it was handled. Or should I say NOT handled.
The workers at this place currently are horrible . I placed an online order and took food home. Order was not complete when I opened up the bag. Called the establishment and the lead team member assured me he would fix the issue and give me my food that was missing or a refund . I drove back for my missing food and the guy said that he could only give me a part of what was missing not what I told him was missing? They had no way of knowing if I was just trying to scam for free food ? I got mad they stole from me and called me a theif. I asked him why i was not told that over the phone and waist my time driving after they sent an incomplete order?I was so mad I told him to stop stealing customers food that I paid for and to f off. Food is good but your employees or at least whoever prepared my food this visit was a theif .Been a loyal customer for a while guess it's back to Kickin Crab
Food is fine, when you order do not order online. Food will be much slower than if ordered in the store. They literally told me that I could get my food immediately if I ordered in the store but I ordered online and now I have to wait 45 minutes.
