Their BIRRIA tacos is dry, lacks flavor, pricey, made with less love, not worth the money. You can get a much cheaper & delish BIRRIA tacos fr a reputable taco trucks for almost half the price. But their grilled chicken is still good, so just stick with it to get your moneys worth.
Great food and great prices but the new elderly cashier up front is crabby and I've never seen him smile, say thank you or be kind in any manner. I've worked fast food with a drive in window and I know it can be challenging, but at least make an attempt at appreciating your customers. His personality is as dru as a 3 day old tortilla.
Yuk! Gross! Burnt! beyond recognition The Two Crunchy Birria Tacos Box. Both tacos had more onions than beef.The Classic Chicken Tostada Shell was burnt as well. I'm not returning to this place!
Order was paid for on my card and the supervisor said it didn't go thru, even after I showed it went thru on my ELP app and card transaction.She refused to give me my order or refund me.I called ELP customer service and explained to them what happened.Worst customer service experience and wonder how many others she ripped off with that scam.
I order the tostads salad....and they always forget the dressing...so frustrating to have toeat a dry $10 salad.

Do not go or order from here. Ordered via app and a charge on my credit card went thru, but app gave error and store had no clue about my order and man that answered phone was rude and just said it wasn’t there problem, call el pollo corporate.
I ordered online on 12/04/21 and they said the food would be ready at 0547 pm. Then, at 0600 pm, when I went to the store to pick up the food. The guy working at the counter just simply said that my food was not ready. Just like that not even sorry for the delay. And, it’s 0603 pm now and I am still waiting….
Dried up 3 piece chicken dinner. Mashed potatoes was running and salad was dry with a lil dressing. Horrible, I should of starved my self.
Friendly cashier, but orders took too long (I turned off my engine while waiting in the drive-through) and my wings were burnt.
