The workers are extremely nasty! The manager is awful!! Long long long wait times in the drive thru. Out of product many times. Donuts are stale and coffee weak - not up to par with Dunkin protocol. Consistent bad attitudes and bad products. Not worth the ride to get these consistent awful experiences. Just poorly run and consistent bad attitudes from seasoned workers. There are many other choices for the same type products. Not worth it to go here
Cashier was not helpful when i asked a simple question about an item. She seemed annoyed i asked and very rude. I ordered an avocado toast and the bread wasn't even toasted at all. Don't get the avocado toast it sucks.
They were out of full size donuts but I didn't get there until later but they did have donut holes I liked-tasted great.Coffee was good. I felt like they should open up the table seating and restrooms though to masked or vaccinated people cause I didn't want to sit outside but I sat in the waiting seats worked out fine. People were very nice.
Not my favorite location. Visited multiple locations in OC in the last month and a half, and this one isn’t one I’d like to visit again. Didn’t have the winter blend (only dark coffee available there) so purchased an additional espresso shot to strengthen the otherwise v weak coffee taste. Didn’t love paying $5 for a coffee today. Also noticed how Much friendlier the employees are in the other DD.
Pretty sure I could fly back to Boston, go to Dunks and this location still wouldn't have my order ready. Also, regular iced coffee is not the same thing as cold brew, which is more expensive. Just don't bother with this location because this place doesn't rep Dunks well.
Awesome service, I've never got my coffee exactly as I wanted anywhere else.
You call what I bought an Apple Fritter with no apple pieces in it just cinnamon & sugar and the size of two half dollars and it was totally staleand dry not moist at all and was totally over priced for what I paid for 2 dozen mixed donuts along with 2 miniature supposedly Apple Fritters.The selection was poor at 8:15am and I bought 2 dozen mixed donuts on top of that the clerk placed 2 donuts in the box I did not request but had to pay for them anyway, they were all dry also and tasted a day or 2 old. My department employees took a bite or two and threw the rest away for be stale and old tasting and requested I go somewhere else to purchase donuts from now on.They were all terrible and I will not return to this Dunkin Donuts on Brookhurst and Talbert in Fountain Valley, CAthe sales associates behind the counter would not listen for what I was requesting and all the staff was rude to the customer.
I have yet to find something here that I really like. I'm not crazy about their donuts. It's been a long while since I've had their coffee so I can't comment on that. My bf likes their refreshers though. I did notice some food items I'd want to try on the menu but because I had gone right before closing, their ovens were already turned off for the day. They were sold out of bagels too and only had muffins available. I got their pumpkin muffin and blueberry muffin. The pumpkin muffin doesn't taste as good as pumpkin muffins from other coffee shops. The blueberry muffin would be good if there was no sugar coating on the top. Next time, I'd go back at an earlier time to try their coffee and food items.
Usually out of whatever I order, but they don't tell me until after I've paid and have been waiting for my order for 10 minutes. Even tried ordering ahead online to prevent this and they were still out of most of what I ordered. Very slow service in general. Extremely hard to communicate at the drive thru speaker to order in the first place.
I know this location is very conveniently located by the freeway on-ramp, but OMG they are so slow here, and then to top it off they almost always mess up my order, and I'm not ordering anything complicated.
