Not pleasedGiving it 1 star.Lack of acknowledgement coming in.When finally greeted we were met w a snarly "for four"Followed by "an hour" wait time waited outside 4 mins into it we go in to use the restroom. The server with attitude sayig "oh there you guys are we called you befire the last party. I guess we can seat you now."Didnt have shakes at the moment (11:30 P.M). Weren't really checked up in drinks never refilled.When trying to get the attention of the server/waiters would be ignored.A table behind us was noticeably also not having the most joyful experience either. Having to wait for servers in the kitchen embrace only to still be ignored when 2 feet away from the server. The older gentleman had to raise his voice to get the attention.Ive not seen service this bad. I really havent. It debated paying for the mealm the waitess with airpods in her ears noticed out discontented and gave us a discount on out meals.This was last week. Hope these issues are adrresed and used as a learning opportunity. I hope my future visits will be better..
You guys gotta find another chef on your cook line, this place fails twice on cooking a medium rare steak. Don't take this Personally, look and observe what the Cooks are doing. The Manager was patient with me and I knew going back and forth was annoying for him to experience.I appreciate Kenneths up beat Attitude !The quality of food and how it's cooked says a lot. Hope you take this as an Observation, it will help for future success ?? ??
Food was great, took a lot longer to get our food since they only had one chef and we were a large group.
We have only been to this Denny's once. We don't tend to get to Fountain Valley that often, but we are sure glad we stopped for breakfast there. It was just great.The place is neat and clean and the staff is super friendly. We were so happy. The coffee was hot and refilled. Thank you.We loved their lunch items even though it was morning. They have some great sandwiches and their egg dishes are really good. We tried gravy for the first time here and it was very good and great for dipping as well.We liked everything about this Denny's and will stop there again.
I didn’t even make it to get anything because they made us wait way longer time and they got a table to a family that came after us and we were there first. Morning service is usually better. Big mistake coming for dinner.

The waiter was very patient with us and our party of 40 geesh it was a lot on his plate and he was working solo th am you sir
We went here on a Saturday after walking MileSquare park. My daughter mentioned that this was the best Dennys she'd ever been to with fast service and getting our food in a timely order. Everyone greeted us and the staff all thanked us for coming on the way out. Our server was very nice and checked on us regularly. The food was great! We just had an overall awesome experience.
Friendly staff and great food, better than other Denny's I've been to.
Good food like always, wait wasn't that long, waiter was attentive and helpful, cleanliness can be improved on the side of the windows by the tables, there are lots of small pieces of food deep by the walls
