Rude personel..came in at 1027 and the woman said it's not open..then I asked it will open at 1030 like it's supposed to be and she said she doesn't know yet?What the hell? What kind of service and answer is that? Be nice at least...never come to a Chipotle restaurant again

This is a vegan review...I loved this place before being vegan and love it still being vegan. I aim to eat a whole foods plant based diet and Chipotle is most of the way there for being a great fast food restaurant for people like me.For a vegan animal friendly meal, here's what you need to exclude:Cheese/Queso, Sour Cream, MeatBasically you can either replace your meat with sofritas which is made with soy or you can do my favorite. When you get a veggie bowl with no meat, they give you Free Guacamole! The whole meal tastes so good with a side of chips.Now if you're avoiding oils and trying to be whole foods plant based, then you have a challenge. Skip the chips for sure because they are cooked in oil. The beans, rice and fajitas all have oil added, but if you're patient, did you know that they will cook them without oil for you? I'm not that picky when dining out which is why I usually eat at home.
I got it togo. The food was cold and it looked like it had been setting for a while. They were not busy. It tasted strange so I threw it away. They don't answer their phone. Chipotle no longer seems to care about customers don't eat here
I write good reviews when they're deserved. I don't write bad reviews for one or two minor bad items. But, this evening there were 4 bad items in our family's food order for pickup from the Chipotle on Brookhurst near Garfield in Fountain Valley, CA :the brown rice was undercookedthe steak was coldthe tortilla chips were stale and some were mysteriously soggy even though the bag they were in wasn't wetthe hibiscus lemonade was watered downWe've ordered food from Chipotle many times before and this was the most disappointing experience we've had with them.
I love their Quesadillas and chips. Excellent service and although I couldn't see their face I was able to see their eyes smiling ?
