Worst chipotle I been too they don't even put chicken one it you have to ask for a full spoon worst ever seem like I'm begging for the food never coming again
Got my pick up order completely wrong. Says exactly what I ordered on the lid of the bowl and they still added ingredients that I didn’t ask for. Called in and they said they didn’t know what I ordered that they threw the receipt away. Said I can go online to get refunded that they couldn’t charge it back to my card.
It's okay. 5 stars.
Good choices of items to get a burrito or burrito bowl, fast service, that once in awhile slows down at cashier when customers bring in complicated coupons whose terms and conditions they don't understand.
Today I tried a plant based chorizo bowl. Surprisingly good ?
I just got my veggie burrito back and it was much smaller than I remember them being and came without guac! Wth. All I got was a frown face on the foil wrapper. No apology from the employee or anything. Super lame, expected better.
Being all for customer service, a male staff member gave a 1st impression that has left a very nasty taste in my mouth. It was busy & we were being helped by a very nice guy, while he was assisting us, a staff member came up & twice grabbed the utensils from our guy to use on other orders without asking, HE WAS RUDE! Behaved like he was better than everyone else working there! If the establishment is that busy, management should train accordingly and better yet, have more than one utensil in each bin so there's no grabbing from others, or waiting. I felt awful for the young man who was assisting with our order, shame on that guy who thinks he could treat his fellow staff members like they're nothing.
I work at a different chipotle location, so I was expecting a better experience than the one I work out expecting other locations to be significantly better. However, I had a terrible experience. First, the worker who served me was atrociously rude. No greeting whatsoever and I heard him tell his coworker wipe down the line, something expected, with the nastiest attitude I could smell it through his and my mask. I asked for a chicken quesadilla, and it is expected and quite frankly, required to ask the customer if they would like their sides. This question did not arise. I payed no mind to it as the sides was not the cause of my salivation. I then noticed that he did not put it in the QUESADILLA PRESS, as the name suggests it’s for making quesadillas, that was right in plain sight. This machine provides a crunchy texture to the quesadillas in which I craved. However, I was not as angry as I suggest as I just wanted something cheesy. What made this accumulation of dissatisfaction over the edge was the price. A quesadilla is around $5 or so even with the sides. So why was I charged for the price of a BURRITO. OVERALL TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE FOR SOMETHING SO OVERPRICED IT SHOUKD BE SHUNNED UPON. I WILL NEVER BE COMING BACK HERE nor will I even attempt a transfer to this location. I hope my sentiments are understood and shared.
