I have no problem with this Carl's Junior I read some of the reviews I'm quite surprised. I've never ran into any problems but then again I usually go late during the graveyard shift and the graveyard shift and night shift is great customer service good quality food can't complain
Didn't gives full order amd didn't honor their own attempt to mKe it right when I went back.
My boyfriend and I were ordering at the drive through and some old man which was a worker and some other dude were taking our order we said we wanted to chicken sandwiches with cheese then added another one and the old man wasn’t understanding he kept saying so only two then he said a rude remark so I said to stop being rude and my boyfriend said we weren’t gonna order then the man came out saying to go from where we came from and WOULD NOT GIVE US HIS NAME took a picture of our license plates , people like that should not be working in fast foods you guys have so many bad reviews and SUCH BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE ITS UNACCEPTABLE. I still want that man’s name .I don’t even give u guys a one star rating but I can’t post my comment if I don’t put a star HORRIBLE CARLS JR AWFUL.
Waited 30 minutes for my order of 1 meal. 15 of those minutes 2 employees were working drive thru orders, god knows what the other 3 or 4 employees were doing since it wasn't cooking my food. 10 mins in other customers came in order and got there food... while I stood there and waited.
Service was quick and I like the burgers. Fast service in their drive thru.
Service woman was rude and dismissive, and I didn't expect a complete lack of cinnamon on my cinnamon roll. Don't go here.
I wasn’t expecting them to look exactly like the picture but come on… you could’ve made them better. Specially for the price.
The chicken sandwhich tasted terrible and the fries seemed dry and unseasoned.
