Placed a mobile order with a scheduled time to pick up. Came at the scheduled pick up time find out that my order was not ready for pick up. When I asked for the status, an employee said they are working on it. But in reality, they did not start on my order yet. I had to wait an extra 15 minutes passed my scheduled pick up time for my order and I did not get an apology for the delay either. This happened at two different locations, Garden Grove and Fountain Valley.

Best pizza. Great crew... it was super busy with walk-ins and online orders but these employees were efficient, friendly and made me the best Blaze Pizza perfectly cooked. When I got to my car I had to open the pizza box and start eating it cause it smelled so good!? I couldn't wait till I got home. Now a new Blaze just opened on Seal Beach Blvd closer to my home. Yippee!

I can't even give this a star. Whoever the 2 are people who work during dinner time on ThursdaySeptember 9 between 7:30_8:30 pm at the FOUNTAIN VALLEY location are the rudest people

The pizza crust is a little thinner than I prefer, but it was okay... The bad thing about it though it was overcooked and a little burnt. Other than that it was okay. They had a fairly wide range of toppings, of which you can get anything and everything you want for one price. But the pizza sauce I thought it was a little on the sour side for the regular sauce, but I think if I go back I'm going to try a different sauce, perhaps their white sauce.On another note I think I would pass on the garlic knots in the future, as they were pretty small, less than 2 inches in diameter, so I don't quite think they were worth four bucks for four of them.I've been to some other competitors before, like MOD Pizza, but I'm not sure if these guys, or at least this location, actually measures up to the competition, the quality of the toppings seemed fine in comparison.
The pizza is good just chewy.
It's a good place that has great staff. Outdoor seating and easy to find. Recommend.
