Must get mocha chocolate fudge and cookie butter. Jasmine tea was good but get it alone the other two over powered

When placing an online order in any fashion, it is the most EPICALLY POOR SERVICE to assume and swap a flavor instead of asking the customer what replacement they would like! I don’t need or want two prepackaged of the same flavor and it is either lazy, or lack of care that no one attempted to take 15 seconds to text/call/ask what swap I’d like- or heck- give me a different flavor and take some creative initiative to compensate for your laziness!!! So disappointing as supporters in Long Beach since 2016 and this location for the last year-And yes I looked inside to make sure it wasn’t a label issue.
Cookie Monster Ice Cream with Oreo Toppings on a Milky Bun is the bomb! The salty oreo is also amazing!
So I had an ice cream in between a hot glazed donut(bun in their terms). FML I need this everyday in my life.
the ice cream there is really really good! jasmine milk tea is my favorite. recently they’ve changed the price from about 4 to 6 for 1 scoop… i dont go there that often now but its still good!

A to go order was placed for three scoops of ice cream and cones, bit there was no prob for cones. With this being a simple request, I thought it would be simple to call DoorDash to make the request for two extra cones. We were willing to pay the extra fee and everything. But after DoorDash called them I was so surprised that they said no. I honestly thought the customer service representative outdoorDash was lying so I asked her for the number which was odd because it was a 909 number and the establishment is in 714 area code. Dude for a cool guy who grew up in this area as the owner, you think he would make less ridiculous rules for online ordering ... This place has become commercialized and soulless.I called the restaurant and she said they aren't able to do that! That is so ridiculous and I'm so disappointed in them. They would rather charge their customers $25 for three scoops of ice cream and three cones then be a normal establishment. That's not trying to be too bougie considering it's commercialized as heck. Anyways with all the good dessert places around I would definitely skip this place. Even I was a tourist or out of towner. You can get Jasmine ice cream at every other place that isn't a wannabe culinary greatness. Very disappointed in an old friend for losing his touch and deliciousness and sweetness in every way..
