I can say my Food was done to perfection! The beef I got was so tender, and the chicken was cooked just right & with the perfect amount of sauce. I’ve gone to different yoshinoyas, and I can say this one in my opinion was outstanding. Good Job To the Staff in this location ?
Food is always hot and fresh. The only thing was the floor was wet and sticky in front of the soda station. They work hard and fast to move the customer through the line.
I really like Yoshinoya.. I hadn't been to one out here in the I.E...and well; food is good or O.k. lacking some of the options on sides that I'm used to seeing at other locations.. And it's not the staffs fault of who goes in there but hey...
Love there food .only place I have near rialto .my kids live it! but there really being skimpy with there portions and its not cheap at all .unless u have coupons its a deal .
If you say this one is good or better. Go see doctor. The food was lousy the rice was wet the food had no taste. Best yoshinoya around has to be the one in West Covina hands down if not you have no taste buds will never return to this one ever again. Rather eat dog food.
To start, my husband n I walked into the restaurant, n as soon we walked in, there was a cashier taking an order and she told us that only drive-thru. Nevertheless, we didn't question her, but there were two people ahead of us, and there were people dining in. So we went thru the drive-thru for the same lady that was taking orders inside was also taking our order she was rude n very rushy and then we wanted to add something to our order n she did this stinking face and was rude, then I told her if there was a problem then never mind. Her name was Maria if I am not mistaken. So, of course, they forgot to put some condiments so I had to go into the restaurant and what do you know it there were other people walking in and they took their orders so I don't know why my husband and I were told to go through the drive-thru when there were people still in there getting their orders in and still eating in the restaurant I don't know I just feel that I'm never going back there I'm not saying that I'm not going to a Yoshinoya but nevertheless not to that specific one I hope that they could get their customer service right and don't make people feel awkward.
It was a great meal. However it definitely needed some cleaning, especially the restroom.
Went there today and ordered teriyaki chicken with half white rice and Udon noodles. I requested that they put a minimal amount of teriyaki sauce on it.When I received my order the food was swimming in teriyaki sauce. Just the sodium content alone could’ve gave me a heart attack. There was hardly any Udon noodles and the noodles were soggy and looked old, it definitely isn’t worth the extra $1.00 they charge for it.I’ve been a customer of this location for over twenty years and they used to serve quality food, but now their food is terrible. The Ontario Mills location is much better and the food is always fresh.
Took a really long time to get our food. And when we did and found that it wasn't what I had ordered, I didn't want to wait in the drivethrou. So I said oh well, the dog will eat it.
This place is a ripoff. If you get a meal with white rice it's okay. But if you want chow mein it's a $1 extra. And there's so much extra charges. If you get teriyaki chicken and want extra teriyaki it's $0.74 more They got rid of the fried rice for chow mein. Are you serious. They need both rice's. If you download their app you can get a free bowl if you buy a drink. How is that free?? Free is without any purchase whatsoever.
