Came to Wendy’s after watching a movie and arrived at 11:45 which is 15min before closing. Got a $5 Biggie Bag and expected it be cold but the food came hot, hotter than what I would even get in the day. Always had a good experience here but this was even better.
I'm not sure if they are all like this location but the people working here are always so nice. My orders have always been right... even the one no ice drink. Would definitely recommend the summit location. They are also very fast. I love how they place each meal in it's individual bag. Super convenient.
Went for breakfast... So good. The croissants are really good. The staff was very good and friendly.
I would mainly go here for the breakfast because the majority of other nearby spots are not worth the trip. The food at this spot, is decent and best prepared. Not every time however. Biggest thing that brings down this Wendys is communication. They can always get better. The majority of staff here though, bust their tails. I can stand by that. I have hope that it’ll get better.
Sorry to say this but worst breakfast ever. I usually stop buy to have a burger on my way to Vegas at noon but this time I was early and ya'll only had breakfast. The biscuit was hard as a rock the bacon egg and cheese was cold. And the season potatoes terrible. Shame cause I love wendy's.
I usually always have nice experience at this wendys, I ordered online and picked it up. They were missing some items and I understood since they were understaffed.But when I tried to ask for the remaining items, the lady in the front would ignore me and start taking orders from the line. Even when I went into the line she asked for the person behind for his order. In total I waited an extra 30min on top of the 15 min for the food.
This Wendy's in particular always gets my order correct. They are friendly and quick. Any issue I've had, they immediately correct.
I enjoy the food. And I received good customer service.
No complaints, follows COVID protocols, clean, fast, good customer service, food taste good. Cant really go wrong
