WORST PLACE EVER! There drive thru wait is always long. They were out of any type of drinkso I couldn’t get a drink with my order always messing up my order they can’t even give me my order correctly after waiting for so long. over price as well a burger with fries n nuggets & a extra burger for $30 yea never again…
I don't know if the drive to cashier was having a bad day on what his problem was but he did not greet me when I got to the window he was very short with me he threw me back my change shoved in my drink in my hand did not hand me my food the other drive to person ask him he hand me my food he just walked off and the other guy handed me my food I don't know what was going on with him there was the worst customer service I've ever had at this particular Wendy's other than that the food was great delicious and warm I'm in love with the spicy nuggets.
The drive-thru line was pretty long so I went inside and everybody was really polite the order was right and didn't take long at all.
2/19/2022This Wendy's was TERRIBLE, TERRIBLE SERVICE, TERRIBLE COLD FOOD. The order taker/cashier arguing with me over the price of a baked potato which was clearly posted by call box. The order taker/cashier didn't get a manager after being asked like 3/4 times. Moving up to the pick up window, started off good but quickly turned BAD. All the workers are talking to me about what happened, I begin to explain what happened while checking my food. The order taker/cashier pushes by the manager and begins arguing with me again. The order taker/cashier, slammed the window closed while I was talking to the manager. I then look pass her and ask the manager are you the manager???? This manager had ABSOLUTELY NO CONTROL OVER THOSE WORKERS. This manager begin to argue with me telling me don't give her attitude. How unprofessional this whole situation was from the manager to the workers. However there was one worker name NORMA and she tried to make things right, she was respectful and helpful....I appreciate that 100%. I'll be calling or going back hoping to speak with a higher up manager because things was really, really out of control and that manager had no business running a shift/employees that she had no control over.
I ordered 2 bourbon bacon burgers which neither had onion strings, and I wasn't told that they were unavailable. I paid for extra bourbon sauce and it was pretty dry, no extra sauce in sight. It was also on a thin, regular bun instead of the premium bun that it was supposed to have and small bacon pieces which I'm guessing were the last bits of bacon left in the place. Very disappointing for a $7 burger. I could have gotten a cheaper burger if I had known they didn't have all the ingredients!
Just feel sad for people who work there. Most of the item and drink they don't have.I love Wendy but this location make me sad
Had couple of problems in the past at this location, but since I like wendys, I didn't mind coming back. But this was the last straw. I went a couple of days ago and as I was trying to order inside, there was no one on the cashiers. I'm waiting for like 5 mins as employees are just passing by. Then when I asked an employee if someone was working on the cashiers, the employee said yes and that "someone will be here shortly. I waited 5 more mins, then I left. I'm giving it 2 stars just because I like wendys, but this location is bad.
There's always something wrong whether it's the card reader , cash only card only always an excuse. Avoid the headache there's so many other fast food places next door.Not to mention 3/5 times you're order will be wrong . The entire team needs more training
My sandwich was not prepared the way I requested it. I brought it to the lady who took my order and her response was a very one, thats the way we cook it, no exchange and no refund in a not good of a tone.
They don’t offer refunds, didn’t let us know about everything they were short on before ordering. Out of potato’s only diet drinks and no napkins no lids very unprepared should just close till restock
