I got my food all burn not happy at all usually came here a lot and food was good but this last time I went recently got my food burn lol

This was the first time I've been to this location. As you can see in my photo I got a bandaid in my food, I was order #147 on a Saturday night and I tried to call upon biting into the bandaid, no one picked up. The fountain sodas were flat. A majority of the workers were not wearing masks and obviously not wearing gloves. I won't be going back to this location.

Whoever the girl is that was there now. 7/29/21 Thursday before closing. Don’t know her name but she was so rude! Their hours say 9pm when I pointed that out, she raised her brows at me and stuck out her eyes pointing with an attitude at the sign at the top corner of the door to tell me it’s 8pm that they close. When I got there it wasn’t even 8 and she already had the lights off and doors locked. It must’ve been 15 minutes before 8. So I guess they close at like 7:40 more like that’s the time they should put on the sign. ?
