I ordered my food. Then the cashier gave me my change back. The way he gave me my change was a little suspicious. I’ve never had anyone give me change back the way he did. He was rushing it and I just had a weird feeling. So I check the receipt and the Cashier is is washing his hands. I notice he didn’t give me exact change. Then he says oh I think I shorted you a quarter. I know it’s not a big deal and I know mistakes happen. It was the fact the cashier knew what he did and didn’t bother to give me the exact change. So how many people has this guy done this too. Joshua C was the cashier.
Called in my order, super disappointed. Customer service is lacking here. My rice and stake bowls were very dry even bit in some chard pieces.First time at this particular waba grill.Please retrain your employees.
Call in my order a lot and they always have it ready for pick up but make you wait in line to pick up something you already paid for. The point of ordering first was to avoid waiting in line, only complaint. Other than that, good place to grab a quick bite to eat.
Ordered here before never had a problem. Except for parking. But today I ordered a salad today and was very disappointed to find it frozen and soggy.
This is like the 3rd time that the white rice is hard. Who’s cooking the rice horrible. Not going to this location.
Multiple times I've been here for a quick bite on the way home from work, but have been repeatedly disappointed by the lack in quality and timing. On two occasions I have found sharp bones in my food while eating. Food and health safety shouldn't be a concern to any customer.
Very good place to eat, calm and quiet, the flavor is really good, it took longer than expected but it was worth it. Give them a try!!!
Overall the meal was good. The steak had lots of fat pieces in it which I didn't care for. One thing myself and other guests didn't like was how the sauce station was self serve. All the empty sauce cups and lids were in a plastic tub and everyone just reaches in and grabs them. Then you use the same pump everyone else uses. Seems like an easy way to spread germs in a pandemic.. maybe pre package the sauce in the back ?
Amazing food as well as customer service! Although, sometimes their food output is slow but worth it in the end! Overall AMAZING!
