Friendly staff. Clean place... Try the Taro flavor. They make it in house ands it's delicious!
Store clean and friendly employee. Unfortunately some flavors were out and the restrooms are still closed. My kids couldn’t wash hands. I don’t understand why restrooms are still closed to customers.
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I tried to get yogurt at 12:30pm and when I was parking I saw the 2 girls lock the door, get in a car, and drive away. I waited for 20 minutes just to see them come back with a guy and starbucks. I didn't even bother trying to get any froyo since they didn't even go back to work, they were just running around screaming.
It's too sweet for me ! But they have alot of options to choose from and ingredients.
BEWARE!! The young white teen working charged my card $4 extra (assuming she wanted to tip herself) the incident happened 1/15/21 and I don't think its ok to decide to tip yourself and charge the customer's card without their knowledge! To top it off she took forever to come out to the front and charge us.
I came today with my son and my son fell. No wet signs, no entrance mats, no rain mats. I told the employee who took forever to come out to greet us. I let her know she didn’t even say if we were fine. Acted like nothing happen. I mentioned it twice that son fell/slipped. I also told her to put rain mat or something she ignored my opinion. I ate in my car to observe if she even cared to put a rain mat and nothing. Did I mention I also found a hair in my yogurt. Nasty establishment. Sad because I would come here every other week. Guess I need to find a new place where people care about your business. And care about your safety. OSHA should be reported ASAP. I may even do it myself for my sons fall!!! No apologies no nothing. Victoria who said can’t give owner or no manager name. unprofessional and her reply when I went back in said no floor mats rain mats for the Buisness. Wow

I visited tutti frutti and I had a bad experience I found hairs inside the granola and in one of the fruit containers, I spoke to the owner about it and said because when they open the doors hairs and dust come in the store. How stupid is that, also the place was super dirty the floors looked disgusting. I don't recomend
I was there yesterday evening and the girl behind the counter looked dirty with mesy hair. As I spoke to her, she answered rudely and short. I asked her for more fruit and stated that was all there was. I gave her my punch card and wouldn't punch 4 , as I purchased 4 fully loaded yogurts. She stated the register said to punch only 3. Why? I purchased 4, not 3!! I asked to speak to a manager about it and she hesitantly punches a fourth on my card. I asked for lids and only gave me 2!!! This place is getting worse by the minute!!!
