Graded a C for a reason. First thing walking in see cashier preping sauce in cashier area openly. Where people can easily contaminate. Seating area was old dated and dirty looking. While we just received our food cook decide to use bathroom with appron on? food was disgusting.Please do better or leave the food industry.
Worse service ever!! I bought a family pack and soda’s were all carbonated drinks and the refuse to do anything about it. Snobby attitude from management and worst from drive thru employee

they never charged extra for the cheese on the double bacon avocado combo now they ask me if i want cheese and add another dollar on. its ont 9.99 anymore its 10.99 because you put cheese unbelievable this wasnt how it used to be i cant believe it horrible
I haven't been here in years but it's gone way down since before. I got chili cheese fries and I was shocked at how thin the foam plate is. I took one bite and I was at the bottom. I had ordered a thousand island for my fries under my chili and I promise that wasn't an issue one bite and your at the bottom. The chili has no seasoning and was very bland. The small thousand island was .35c which like a quarter is fine with me but why such an odd number just seemed greedy. The thousand island is also crazy sweet which I get is usually a bit sweet but it's like this was a cheap knockoff to normal thousand island.. Sadly I won't be back hopefully the Tom's up the street is still good because this one gives Tom's a bad name. Noticed the reviews are down and the owner response is immature. Included pictures so you can see I'm not crazy but I was so disappointed I had to share.
