Ordered Togos online on Sunday 4/25/2022. Spent $61.16 total which included DoorDash and tip, etc… Togos didn’t check the name on the food order with the name the DoorDash driver had and ended up giving to an entirely different driver than the one assigned to my order. I never received my food at all!!DoorDash canceled my order and assisted in helping get a refund that day. No manager was available, so I went to Togos in person and spoke with a shift lead, no manager or owner came out to speak with me face to face. Told by the shift lead that the owner was aware of the situation because there were emails sent to the owner from DoorDash. The young lady took my name and number and told me that I would receive a call from the owner that the refund was done. That was yesterday Monday 4/25/2022, it’s now Tuesday. How long does it take to “log in” as the shift lead told me to perform a refund. Now the $61.16 has posted to my account no refund and no phone call. I was lied to and now I have contacted my bank to make a dispute. Will NEVER order from this Togos again!! I guess my patronage wasn’t important enough to correct so that I would consider spending my money with them again, even though it was their mistake!!
Good food, but they messed up my order. I asked for cold and they gave me hot. I asked for provolone cheese and didnt recieve any. The meat was okay but overall wasn't the best first experience there. I hope for a better one next time.

Horrible customer service! Both employees Aubreil and Jazlyn blatantly ignored me and helped other people who came in after me even after stating they would start making my online order which was previously ordered 45 mins prior to my arrival. No manager on-site and neither one of them knew what to do or how to cancel the order. The worst service I have ever received at this location. I continuously told them to cancel my order and they intentionally avoided helping me!
Do not buy the cheese steak melt,it's the most disgusting, soggy sandwich I have ever tasted in my life....the cheese in the sandwich you could not even find,the meat is not steak but toast beef that is soggy and old and taste like cardboard.. my wife took one bite and tossed the sandwich away,I had about 3 bites in and immediately my stomach started to reject it,on our way home my wife threw up, I was going back to speak to the manager to take down that deceiving sign of a cheese steak melt because it's not only false advertising, but after the reaction both my wife and I had, it must be contaminated with microbes that will get someone sick or worst....I'm currently attending to my wife but I'm going back tomorrow to speak with the manager about some serious health and safety concerns....Do not buy any sandwiches from there, go to subway..at least theirs would not get you sick
