I have never had a bad experience here,Every batista there are great and friendly people. Jacqueline Cruz the manager there has managed several CB&T since we have gone 2009. She has had great employees in both shops. My wife and I have to say she trains her employees well. Jacqueline is also out front serving customers and her interaction with everyone would not be evident of a manager. Love it, love this place, love the barista's, love the great treatment and atmosphere every time I visit or conduct my business inside.

Clean inside. Breakfast English muffin was fresh and tasty! Bagels were good too! Coffee was strong and better than most…
Honestly I think they're over charging me. The location I went to before I moved never charged me for oatmilk added to an iced coffee or cold brew but this one always has extra charges on my coffees. The girl at the window this last week just seems miserable and rude every single time I come through. It honestly makes me not want to get coffee at this location at all. I work in this industry so I understand how it can be but I don't think you should work in a coffee ship if you don't know how to be kind to people.
Coffee tastes better than Starbucks. All the employees are super friendly and patient. I am a convert.
I recommend the Vegan Brownie. They are the BEST ever. The Fontana site doesn’t have them anymore but, the one by the Mission Inn has them. They are just so good. The iced Green Tea is good as well.
Came here at 9:50pm and it was already closed I'm not sure if management is aware of them closing early. Super inconvenient and bad customer service to close earlier than your Google states.
Do not waste your time coming to this location. Not sure if it's common practice of this store but they do close earlier than their stated closing time. I was not the only customer to get turned down this evening. It's very unfortunate but hopefully this does bring attention to the owner of operations.
My wife and I stopped at this location on Christmas morning yes it was busy we got a large hazelnut ice coffee and an Americana with two extra shots and ask two warm up two sandwiches we got our sandwiches and the Americana pretty quick and the person ask if there was anything else I said yes a large hazelnut ice and she said okay, I asked agian about 10 mins in and was told it was coming 10 mins after that I asked the person agian we had waited 20 min for the ice coffee at this piont the person I was talking to begins to get frustrated and started to slam items open, closed, and on the counter very unprofessional. I will not return to this location agian. If management wants just look at the video we were in there on 12/25/21 between 12 noon and 1pm. We both had on dark green sweaters, by the way 4 other people were served in the dining area and not sure how many at drive through. Would be surprised to hear from anyone.
