Workers so distracted and rude Who t h do they think they are?

absolutely rude and disgusting service. will no longer be bringing my money to this location 100% bc they demand that I wear a mask in order to be served. if you believe in your freedom to not be forced to wear a mask, DO NOT GIVE THIS LOCATION YOUR MONEY. THERE ARE BETTER OPTIONS.

I order steak sub. New kid try his best to make it. when I ask to the manager why you put the sub on the oven on a brown paper bag with no tray, she mentions "That"s the way we do it to melt the chesse..."WHAT CHESSE"? look at the pics!(Store smell burn and paper burn and smoke from the oven) Kid could not take the bags out of the oven, way to hot (by the way they cut the foot long and divide in two burn paper bags.) then manager said "what is your complaint"? really? again, kid looks new staff and need to be supervise, not his fault, Manger attitude very rude and unprofessional.

put very small portion of steak in the sandwich, the coffee machine does not work.

I ordered two sandwiches nothing complicated! Anyway, the employees were so much in a rush because they wanted to go home; that they gave me the wrong order!!! I took a bite and immediately spit it out!! I have tried calling and it’s clear they took the phone off the hook. So much fir me having dinner!!! This subway sucks!!!!

Food was good but I will never order there again because of service. We ordered a bunch of footlongs on the app for my daughter's party 7 hours in advance! 2 orders of six, and a 3rd order with 1, we needed 13, and they limit you to six at a time in the app. Order was supposed to be ready at 2:15, they call me at 2:08 to make sure they read correctly and it's 2 orders of six and then 1 more on a 3rd order. I say yes, go over it and make sure they understand correctly. They say yes, that's what we have we just wanted to make sure it was correct. I say great! My son's on his way right now! They say ok, we'll see him soon. He's there at 2:15, he doesn't leave until 2:50!!! Because they forgot to make one of the orders of 6. And I guess it takes 35 minutes to make 6 subs that are all the exact same... meanwhile the guests are all starving and just standing around waiting to eat. Because it took so long, my son had to just scarf some food down quickly and take off to work, missing a lot of visiting time with family that was here from out of state. There was no apology, no compensation (which I don't ask for usually, but it's nice when it's offered). And because we don't have the in store receipt now, I can't take their survey. So I'm leaving it here!
