Went a couple of days ago. I've recently been on a subway kick and visiting different locations. Have yet to find one that I want to regular eat from.I ordered a simple sandwich. There was someone behind me, who was patient and okay with waiting. We were both rushed. The workers don't clean their knifes, they just wipe it off on whatever sandwich paper is in front of them. They cut the bread jagged and twice I've seen them slicing into the edge of their gloves.I'm not sure if they're instructed to move at lightning speed or not. I think for the safety of them and the health of the customer, they should pay closer attention to what they're doing.
They don’t know how to pack Uber eats orders correctly they just threw my meatball sub in a bag and didn’t wrap it just horrible
Bad experience! Waited so long for a damn water down soup , no broccoli or any veggies as you can tell !! Poor customer service! I Won’t waste my time here anymore !
Went there at 9:36pm and it was closed even it says it close at 10:00pmNot nice
Either Management or Corporate needs to get involve with this location. They need to see how customer service here is. Many people experience bad customer service at this location.
To the women who were working at 9 pm on the 30th of March 2021. They gave terrible customer service & were so rude. Closing time was at 10pm but got there at 9 and they didn’t want to take my order. How lazy & unprofessional they were.
To the guy who was working on January 25th at 12:45pm. You hustled like no one's business. You communicated with customers like a pro and worked smart. Thank you so much. I expect that you were a manager, if not then you need to be.
worst sandwich i ever had from this location. i order online and picked up the store. they charged me full price but didn’t put the veggies i ordered and the bread was very old no veggies at all in my sandwich. don’t order online. i was so mad on them and myself to why i ordered from them.
