Do yourself a favor and dont go here. Made an order online for a meatball sandwich, and when I got there they said they didn't have anymore meatballs. Wow. You make me drive all the way out to the location without as much as letting me know. You can't send a notification? You can't send an email to notify me the food item is unavailable?To make things worse, the cashier had a terrible attitude and was unsympathetic. Also, instead of the cashier telling me what I could I replace it with, we played the guessing game. I said steak sandwich, she said no. I named another sandwich she said no. Just tell me what sandwich I can replace it with instead wasting my time. Can't believe I wasted gas and time for this. I'm going to Jersey Mike's for now on.
Neat and clean and wearing masks and gloves. Felt safe. Food was good too.
I thought that workers were supposed to wear masks. I went to the subway last night and the person was not wearing mask, and said that they think that because they're vaccinated that that means that they don't have to. I think employee should still be wearing masks especially when they're hovering over our food and breathing on it. Had I known the employee was not going to be wearing a mask I wouldn't have placed an order.
The bread was very dry. Not good.
Dislike coming here during my lunch. Every time I go I literally spend max 40 minutes just to get my food. Usually they only have one girl working. Or so it seems. This girl has horrible customer service. Every I go she never fails to get my order wrong. Don't bother asking for an extra topping, she will get upset. Also, if you ask for cookies check your bag and receipt before leaving. The last time I went i asked for 3 cookies but I only got 1 and I was charged for 3. Not the first time it happens.

The worst service ever. The girl who attended me was unprofesional, She made us wait a long time while texting on her phone in the back kitchen and never wash her hands. There was 3 person inside the restaurant, She made them wait a long time and they better left. ??
This subway does not honor buy 2 get one free as advertised on tv. Was told that this franchise does not honor after I already ordered. There are no signs inside or out side stating the fact.
