I have been going to this Starbucks for some time now, but I only recently noticed that they close at 9:00pm. My boyfriend and I were in the drive through line at around 9:10 on a Friday night, and after about 5 minutes of being in line, we saw someone put the closed sign behind us. This place is usually amazing, always kind always gets your orders right. Lately it hasn't been so good. They got my mom's order wrong. Which wouldn't be a huge deal except they didn't put any coffee in the drink. It was all milk, sugar, and ice. They didn't even give her the right milk substitute. I just hope they do a little better in the future
Super loud hip hop music inside and out! Can’t hear the orders, can’t hear yourself talk. Asked the staff 4 times if they could turn it down a bit. “Yeah, uh huh” but nothing. There is no management of this location.
Love it! All the employees are so Nice, great Service! ??? Mobile orders are so QuickIt feels like Family they know my drink and Pastries the minute they see me. They always welcome you As you walk in ???
First time visit, and the personnel were very polite and helpful verifying order requested and promptly made? Though I did have to verify the ingredients that I requested after having tasting my drink.
Good Starbucks that is often faster than average. I know they’re trying their best and things get busy with the drivethru and the mobile app ordering. They deserve the benefit of the doubt on days that take a little longer than usual.
This was one of the worst experiences I've had at a Starbucks. As a partner myself for 2 and a half years, I was very disappointed with the service I received. I had asked for a blonde pour over with a shot and cream, she gave me a pike that is old and obviously not fresh with nonfat. I let the lady know that I had not ordered that and she didn't say anything, emptied the cup, and walked over to the blonde roast urn which was empty. She then let me know that they didn't have any blonde roast brewed at the moment. I told her that I ordered a pour over not a batch brew, she said they can't do that even though every store is issued a pour over. I then asked for a French press, she said we can't do that as well, and that they don't have either in the store even though they were being sold in the lobby. I settled for a Venti Americano with a extra shot and cream and I was given a Venti cup of hot water with milk and a single shot. I am a starbucks barista myself so I usually don't make a fuss about drinks but this was infuriating. I will be notifying corporate about this because it is clear that the baristas in this store were not trained properly.
The music was playing so loud and it was hard to communicate. One of our drinks were not made and when we questioned face to face with two workers they did not answer. Like ok will make it. Nothing. Did not say anything. Then my daughter got upset because they did not answer my question. Horrible service and a too loud atmosphere
Cashier was very polite but the girl that made my drink got the easy ice part wrong and when I told her she made it again but didn't look very happy about it even though I was really polite. My brothers drink was supposed to have 2 pumps of vanilla but he said he couldn't taste the vanilla. He didn't say anything he wanted to go.
I have never complained, but there are too many times that I ask for my cold drinks with little ice and they give me more ice than drink I demand a refund
