Idk what's going on but this is the second time I come to this Starbucks and they hand me my drink that's missing so much. I literally miss out on 2 gulps of my coffee because it's not filled, I mean at least if they're not gonna fill it up put more ice in it to make it look like it's filled.. disappointing because these drinks are not cheap.

I was on my way back OC when I decided to do some research about investments in this area, so stopped for a Soy Ice Black Tea, I unpacked my laptop and got ready to hook it up to the power outlet and guess what, this store does have power outlets so you can charge your devices, to are things worse my laptop did not had power at all.... this was very disappointing and that's why I am rating this store with one star for been consumer unfriendly, it cannot be possible that in third world countries I was able to find power outlets for my laptop and that I couldn't find one at this location, Starbucks is degrading themselves by allowing such inconveniences and leave professional and business owners stranded on their work...
Very busy drive thru and doors close early. Took over 20 mins to get my order but the staff was extra helpful and kind. I felt bad for all the pressure in them.
Delicious as always! Ham-n-Cheese Croissant, Iced Chocolate Mocha Espresso. 3 minutes total for entire drive-thru with 3 cars ahead of me!
These stars are for Gerald he's an employee at that Starbucks he went above and beyond to assist me on my birthday when the others wouldn't he's an exceptional employee I appreciate him and so should you!
First time at this location. First the cashier didn’t even know what a decaf tea was. After asking her what teas they did have; I was able to determine they didn’t have any decaf tea. Asked for decaf coffee and they didn’t have that either. Not impressed. Expected much better service. Please do better.
The attitude of the barista was good; however, I asked for "light ice, trenta" but got a drink with no ice and venti in size... Then 5 minutes later, the girl went home.I understand people tend to pay less attention to detail near the end of their shifts, but customer service is what it is, so 3 stars...
This location has gone down hill since a lot of there long time employees left. The customer service is horrible. They always forget your food items. I'vebeen coming here almost 4 years and I just started having problem this last year. There is another starbucks on the other side of the freeway I think I will start going to that one.
Is wonderful to enjoy your favorit drink, Robyn and all drinks makers are very kind
