Horrible service! Drive thru was the longest wait! Then when I decided to make an online order it says “Not available”. So I try to go inside to order and they said they are no longer going in store orders only pick ups. I mention that the online service is down and the girl says yes that they shut it off for the night. Like what?! They shut it off at 8pm but are allowing ppl to go in to pick up? By the way the store closes at 10:30PM but apparently no in store orders. The workers were slow in general due to the long line. I waited 20min in the drive they line before I gave up and decided to go inside which was basically lost time. The girl I spoke to was rude as well! Very unprofessional and lazy employees who apparently don’t want to work. Very disappointed! I don’t usually write reviews but wow, this store was just the worst! Horrible, rude, slow service.
They close at 10pm not 10:30pm like it says on the time it closes... but it wasn't even 10pm yet... I guess there in a rush to go party!
03/20/22 around 3-5 drive thru girl just keeps messing up everyone’s order delayed me for over 45 min when drive through wasnt even full smh

Bad service in dr8ve thru and inside store waited over an hour for just one drink. I will not be coming back to this location on Foothill and Citrus again....
This Starbucks will always have a line. It’s on a busy street. The employees, however, are always super nice and you can tell they’re hustling and trying their best. Honestly the drinks are not always consistent, but that’s really with any Starbucks. I love this one solely because of the employees and how nice they always are.

One of the worst. I bring a book when i go through the drive through. They close the inside all the time, make you go through the drive through for mobile orders.

Everytime i place and order and they don’t have the item I ordered available they don’t even mention it for me they just give me the next thing they can find. It would be nice if they can let us know before giving me anything else. I know they can get extremely busy but if they can try just a little harder to just let me know what else they can give me other than my original order it would be greatly appreciated.
