It was nice to visit this Popeyes. It was an impromptu visit so I enjoyed it very much.Update 5/7/22This was my first visit at night and I must say it was a very different experience. We waited in a line that wasn't very long maybe 5to 6 cars and we waited 45 minutes to and hour to complete the ordering and getting our food process. I wasn't please with the cleanliness of the establishment especially in the nice part of Fontana. The food was prepared to our expectations but we could've cooked something athome in the time it took to get our order. The customer service was cool meaning they were nice and helpful but very very slow. Anyway I really was in a hurry that why I chose a fast food option although it wasn't as convenient as I needed.

This is the worst Popeyes I have ever been to. The service is terrible. They are slow and never have any food. This is worst then the Los Angeles franchises. One would think this location is in a decent area and could hire a decent staff. No the contrary, the staff is terrible. Really needs a new manager. The team is as good as it’s leader and obviously the leader here sucks. Back out and go some where else if your reading this. Seriously.

This comment is a message to the manager of this location. If you guys don't have enough workers to keep the drive through going then just close it and have people go inside. I just sat in the drive thru for 15 minutes before I could place my order that I had ordered online so I didn't have to wait lol. Worker inside mentioned they where short of workers so I couldn't be mad at them. This is management's fault. Another thing. You guys are always running out of condiments for your seafood selections. Always.

Waited at the speaker for about 8 minutes...no acknowledgement. Then a voice said "what can I get for you" no welcome no apology for the wait. Ordered..they were out of ice. So when he asked what drink I wanted I said it's ok I don't need a drink. He's reply "the combo comes with a drink" rudely by the way. Fine give me a water. Then at the window for at least 10 minutes. Again no apology for the wait, no thank you. Worst experience ever!! Not to mention the employee cooking, preparing food had her mask down. The Drive-thru window is disgusting! The only reason I went there was for my elderly mother who loves the chicken ?. I understand staffing issues..but please train your staff to at least be pleasant and professional.

Worst location ever. The employees are standing around or on break for 20 minutes watching Tik Tok videos. It took 20 minutes in the lobby to get food and the drive-thru was wrapped out of the guide lane. My food was cold. I watched her leave my food on the counter in an open bag cooling off for 4 min 28 seconds (yes, I timed it) before she handed it to me. Corporate needs to do something.

The gravy on mashed potatoes is the only thing I go for but occasionally because it is way over priced for the size. Biscuits were hard as a rock popcorn chicken was burnt. The drive through line was so long and not moving i eventually went inside. Only one other person inside I still sat there for 20 min. Its only getting 2 stars because of the gravy and The young man who took my order was nice. Everything else was horrible and not worth the price. Will not go to this Popeyes again.

First I waited in the drive thru appr 15 minutes. Ordered aArnold Palmer no ice, got lemonade with ice.Ordered #5, 3 whole wings and side.Got 2 wings, and a thigh, that was fried so hard I could barely chew it. Terrible!!!

This is the 4th and last time our order was incorrect from this Popeyes.Why keep ordering from a place that has done it before? My kids always want popeyes. Kids don't care if the order is right or wrong, they eat it regardless.I placed an order as usual through Uber Eats. I ordered a 12 piece SPICY family meal. I also ordered a two piece MILD meal for my toddler and a Large side of mashed potatoes.The order arrived. No mashed potatoes, and all 14 pieces of chicken are MILD. They didn't place any napkins, hot sauce or even a straw in the bag. The food aarived cold. I live less than 10 minutes from the place, warm youd think. No, cold and mild.The last time I ordered, they also sent me mild chicken when I ordered spicy and also didn't send my drink for my meal.Uber Eats refunded us. The money is not the issue. The lack of competency is.

I've visited this location about 3 times. Every time is a long wait each time getting worse. This time the drive-thru took an hour. No exaggeration. 45 minutes in line 15 minutes to prepare my food I ordered on their app prior to getting in line. Get home the chicken was cut terribly. Don't come here if hungry, maybe before so by the time you eat you're not starving.

Walked in with a party of five at 6:20 pm. There were literally 7 people standing behind the counter talking. My family and i waited at the counter, we were completely ignored. A couple employees looked our way, turned, and kept talking. We walked out.There was nothing special going on that would have taken the focus away from customer service.
