This may be the worse Popeyes I have ever been to. First off, it doesn't have a drive thru. Then it was difficult placing my order, yes you can have this, no we can't adjust that, wait we can do that, oh you will have to wait 15 minutes for that, hmmm. The soda despenser was out of ice, had to wait for that. Then the tea taste old and sour, so I threw that out. Got to the car and I was missing my $4 side. What a mess. The food did taste good, other than that I would have tried to rate it a zero.
Food is ON POINT. The accuracy is not. Had only one piece of a combo that wasn't the combo i ordered.Always check your order and if it's wrong it's quickly corrected. I think the issue was the only people working at the time was 1 lead and 3 trainees. Lady had her hands full and doing her best.Will definitely be back but keeping my receipt handy.
This location is HORRIBLE !!! Every single time I've placed an order with these INCOMPETENT MF's...they get my order wrong..I ALWAYS have missing items !!!! Ya'll lack customer service skills AND everyone needs to be retrained !! Valley location SUCKS... everything about ya'll !!!!!! ZERO ** IF I COULD !!
Ordered the spicy (which wasn't very spicy), red beans, rice, and mac 'n chiz. Everything was excellent. It took awhile to get my takeout because the young lady forgot to send my order to the kitchen She was apologetic and embarrassed, so I let it go.
Bomb chicken sandwich and the new Mac and cheese is delicious!
Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. They couldn't guarantee me an order even when I said I'd wait 20 min.
They don't answer the phone from my experience they have forgot to add my sides
Literally the worse Popeyes ever!! They discriminate so much here! The manager lady needs to be fired! Please hire a better respectful person to run that place. Do better!! She is running that place to the ground.
This is not your normal popeyes, I won't be back to this one. I ordered 3 items and got 2 BBQ sauces so I asked for an extra one. I've never had issues with sauces at other popeyes, part of the appeal is tasting the different sauces.The guy working there approaches me and tells me they are 25 cents and then walks away to do more orders. I assume that was his way of saying no, go away? So I stay there until he looks at me again and ask him for 2 more sauces, takes my money, and brings me the receipt. Apparently he charged me for 2 creamy gravy on the register. So I asked the manager why the charge on my receipt didn't say sauces and she tells me it's the button they use on the register... so a made up charge and lying on their sales.I could care less about the 50 cents if it was a standard practice at the chain... but this is not normal. Their penny pinching has earned them a bad review and one less customer. Go to a real popeyes somewhere else for real service.
Placed an online order and when I got home I was missing so many food items!! Poor customer service, never ordering here again.
