Ordered pizza for delivery than recieved a call saying it could not be delivered if I could go pick up my order? If I wanted to do carryout I would have chose that! Delivery should be removed from the website if there are no drivers!
I ordered my pizza at 2:58 pm and i didn't receive it until 3:45 pm. I called at 3:50 to see what's going on with my pizza and they said they had low staff. So i called back again at 4:00 and they said it's been sent out 20 minutes ago, than i get a message from door dash, it's on it's way, now the time is 4:15pm. Get another message says it will arrive at 5:45. I receive my y pizza at 5:46 pm very bad service and my pizza and bread sticks were cold..
Horrible service called to place an order to go and when I get there they said I never called I ask to talk to the manager that wasn’t there so I try calling him and he answers the phone like it’s his personal phone and he said he wasn’t the manager and I tried to explained what happened and he said he couldn’t help me bad service
Don’t know how to talk .. didn’t said ur food is ready .. just put on shelf .. no napkins no ranch with it.. even we said thankyou when leaving but no response .. seriously worst customer service atleast teach them how to talk or treat the customer.. 10/22/2021 @ 2:00 pm
Not eating here anymore. 2 pizzas. Both no good. Too much cheese and under baked. Total disappointment. And also had to wait for an additional 10 min from quote ready ime

I came in to day and as usual Kristy was by hersefl but she made my order fast and had a good attitude. I was ordered one large pepperoni and a marinans sauce.thank you
My wings and pizza were hot and pretty tasty. The cheesy bread was good too. They had a decent deal for 20 bucks. Delivery guy was polite and when I asked him why the wait was so bad when I walked in he was cool enough to tell me they have new management and hired more employee. He told me he appreciated my business and was on his way.
Look I love this place but the service here was horrible, I ordered this online got there 30 minutes later was told it would be 10 or 15 minutes more, I waited at least 30 more before one of them asked me are you here for a pick up, keep in mind other people already came and got their orders after mine had been placed, I'm like how you gonna ask me that after you straight told me to wait 15 minutes and then they get offended I got an attitude well do your job right and actually get me my order in a timely manner... I'll never go to this spot again I'll just go to the Fontana one, this pizza spot isn't even that far away from where I live yet they won't deliver to my area... Such b. S.
