I’m giving 1 star because I have to I guess if it wasn’t for The obligation of having to give one I wouldn’tThis is the worst Pizza Hut ever!! I ordered a pizza last night for delivery and it never came! On top of that they never answered the phone. I called the next day ( today) and I waited forever to get an answer 15 min to be exact then they say I have to wait till tomorrow because a manager is not in!! WTH! They definitely don’t need to not have a manager available with people who can not help when something like this happens!!
This location is the better of the two in between where I order. Forget about delivery... takes tool long and costs too much for the quality of pizza. I only order from pick-up from here when my children ask for it or because my spouse craves their wings... which are decent. Parking is limited, and there are times you have to wait to park. If you absolutely must order delivery, there are much better pizza places (smaller mom & pop joints) that offer gourmet quality pizza at near the same price.
It would be nice if your employees would actually read the Comment Section on the ticket to see if there are any special instructions from the customer. I ordered a Large Meat Lovers Pan Pizza with extra sauce, extra pepperoni, extra sausage, mushrooms, and red onions. But what I received was as dried out pizza with barely any Topping and definitely not double Topping as I ordered and noted on the comment/instruction section of my order. They definitely did not read the instruction section where I noted that I had double toppings. That pizza was absolutely HORRIBLE!!! One of the worst pizza's that I've had in a long time!!
Straight trash. I spent $56.72 and waited 45 min for 3 medium pizzas and wings. As you can see my food was overcooked and lukewarm. I called to complain. Spoke to “manager” and she said she would resend a whole new order in 35 min. Get the new order and it looks exactly like the old order smh NEVER AGAIN ? I wish I could have given 0 stars
Amount of toppings vary from order to order. Very unpredictable. Toppings on the pizza from my last order was so minimum, I thought I was eating a vegetarian cheese pizza. Otherwise, the crew is very friendly and orders are always on time.
Crust taste like cardboard. Wings weren’t done made me sick I’m very disappointed I’ve never received a bad order from Pizza Hut hope u guys make this right.
Normally good service. I always order extra sauce but the last two times it came with little to no sauce.
I placed my order online, came in to pick-up and waited at the counter for about 15mins before anyone appeared to acknowledge me, my pizza crust was burnt and cold. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
Actually put a reasonable amount of cheese. Cheese was seriously lacking.
I spent around $90 worth of food and drinks and they wanted to charge me for parmasean cheese and crushed red peppers. That is ridiculous. Why do I have to pay for free condiments jut because of Covid? You just lost me as a customer
