It was awesome. So I placed an online order at the wrong place it was about a 20 minute drive but the manager told me that since I already paid for it he can make me a new order. I was blown away. That's the kind of service we need. We will always go to that pizza hut because of the great food and especially the customer service. Thank you again to manager and he was cool ? ? ?
The food was ready on time and they got my order right. Also, the person that greeted me had great customer service.
Ordered contactless curbside pickup. I arrived 5 mins after the time you said my order would be ready and I waited 15 mins after checking in that I’m here snd had to walk in to pick up my order. I’m pretty sure the service fee charged was for that convenience and I had to still walk in.
Ordered an hour and a half ago. Online said it would take 25-35 minutes. Tracker just showed that the order has been delivered. I still have nothing. Nobody answers the phone at the store. Pizza Hut just stole 50.00 dollars from me.
Pizza was too crunchy and cold ! And waited longer time after my promised time 5:45pm ( yes I got there on time) it was ready almost 600pm
Just hands down no good service at all and I've never written a bad review until now. What a way to start the year 2022 avoid this location like the plaque.
Took them over 3 hrs to deliver my pizza never will order again from them i wanted to use them caus they are close we’ll never again not even answering phone to find out what going on with food so never again
Pizza was cold. As in had to warm it up cold.
I never received my order after paying 25.54 for a medium pizza and a wing. Tried to call the store and nothing. Lost my Trust
My pizza came with the toppings all slid off and I tried calling the Pizza Hut store on cherry ave in Fontana 4x and no one answered. It just rang and rang ??♀️ spend almost 50$ . I’m sooo disappointed . Super not cool
