Prices have risen and quality has dropped significantly. This pizza tasted like actual disappointment. I accidentally bought a pizza on Thin Crust (their website is pretty weird to navigate, and the picture of the crust on the pizza customization page was not of an actual thin crust), and regretted it as soon as I saw it. When I tasted the pizza, my regrets were only further confirmed. It tastes like stiff cardboard or cheap stale tortillas. I don't think my family will finish this pizza. The pasta was edible, but bland. The cheese breadsticks were the most satisfying part of the order, and the delivery. I spent close to $50 on this order, which is ridiculous. Really feeling like Pizza Hut owes me a refund for that gross pizza at least.(I did tip $12, which I think is still fair because I value the efforts of delivery drivers. that's the only money I can truly say was deserved in this order)
I’m disappointed with my order. First, the pizzas needed a bit more cooking time, they were raw in some areas so I decided to finish them up in my oven. Second, I up graded the bread stick to chees stick for a $1 and never got them, instead they send me bread sticks and no marinara sauce. Third, on the back of the receipt there is an advertisement of a website to inform them how they did and ask for a code printed on the bottom of the receipt and my receipt didn’t have one. The worst part is that I left them a 20% tip.
This Pizza Hut is amazing I feel like everyone is just so picky about everything ever since the pandemic started saying the time was too long and so other many other things but I asked one day why is it a long wait and one employee said they are short on staff and because I was ordering on a weekend so it’s gonna be busy and I totally respect that and I believe so many other people should too instead of arguing be grateful there are people tryna work still instead of sitting down and getting money from the government
I’m curious if it’s Pizza Hut in general or just this location. I haven’t had Pizza Hut in a while so I can’t say for sure. What I can say is, this pizza was horrible. I ordered it last and I thought I had corona virus for a second because I couldn’t taste anything. Just wow! I mean it’s like cardboard!! Seriously!
On February 16th, my son's birthday, I ordered his favorite Pizza. Sausage and Pineapple. Since neither my wife or I share his taste, we ordered a Sausage and Black Olive. When the Pizzas arrived, they were both Sausage and Pineapple. I called the store, was hung up on. I called again and asked for the manager. I was told he was busy. I was asked to leave my name and number. I was told he would return the call. No call that night. I called the next morning. I did reach the manager. After explaining what happened, he issued a store credit for the entire amount. On Friday the 18th, I called to use the store credit. For my wife I ordered a pizza with onions, mushrooms and black olive. For myself I ordered double sausage and black olive. When they arrived my wife's was correct. Mine, however was completely wrong. It was a half and half. One half was pepperoni. I think the other half was bacon. I immediately called and asked for the manager. I was told he was busy. I was then told a $16.00 credit would be applied.
Ive been ordering from this store for years. this ws first time ever i must say pizza was just horrible. I believe the pizza maker missed the part where you add cheese to it. it had a few pineapples and some funky ham. the cheese pizza was just sauce and baked .!
I order at 11:30 and they close at 1.a.m. My food never came we order the sweets for a dessert for a big family dinner we had but since pizza hut didnt answer us calling for 30 mins and showing on the tracker that it was still cooking for 3 hours im very mad about expecting waiting and never getting my order
Pizza arrived cold. Quepapas were soaking in oil, weren’t cooked evenly and the ranch had opened up spilling all over them. Had to throw them away.
We.made a order of $70 and after order we received a call front the store said they have not gluten free pizza (why advertising if you not haven't) and we said ok refund the money of the item, but they said oh we refund we have to cancel the whole order, ok , give us the credit, they supposed to send us an text message with the credit or to the family, never received and when we call the worse customer service lady there said its not showing the credit, that's steel the money, we paid for something we don't received, avoid this store in Sierra lakes????
Giving a 1 star rating to advise people not to waste their time trying to get service here. I just called numerous times in attempt to place an order and repeatedly got hung up on. Reading other reviews it seems like staffing is a common issue. Unfortunately that’s the nature of a dying fast food chain and not uncommon at all. Take care and probably pick somewhere else to eat haha.
