I had placed an order and at first I didn’t have all the money and then after I called and said that I have all the amount and they told me that I will get my pizza at 5:00 yesterday and I never did get my pizza the guy that answered the phone told me that they will not delivered to me because I was rude and I was not rude the guy was rude I asked him can I please get a manager and he said I can’t speak to a manager and I can keep on calling from another number I’m not going to get a pizza and then he said why don’t I Oder from someone else and I said that I want pizza I shouldn’t have to Ihave call and make a complaint about a employee I don’t know why they are giving me hard time but I don’t think it’s fare. They need to treat customer with respect and not be rude even the manger act like he didn’t even care
I had some questions regarding a bulk order and the manager Mark went above and beyond to assist. True professional at work. Best Pizza Hut in the Inland Empire for sure.
Would do 0 stars but there no option for that , its by far the worst place to get pizza not worth your money , paid 67.35 for 2 pizza an 1 order of bread sticks and its was dry af and tasted nasty
Normally I have great experiences but this time my cheese pizza was over cooked. The Cheese looked super paper thin and brown.
I called 6 times I kept getting hung up on it seemed by Accudent like the line was getting cut off or something, at 6:20 pm on 1/7/2022 I would call someone would answer then say "can you hold" then it would hang up, I would call back and Politly say oh I keep getting hung up on, then the call would hang up again, I kept trying. I was not rude at all so I'm assuming it was an accident, but even so there's something wrong.
I never knew my pizza was delivered. I tried calling the store but it was already closed. I waited an hour since the delivery time was 40-50 minutes. I had no way of contacting my driver. By the time I got my food it was very cold.
I was greeted right away. I arrived 7 minutes after requested pickup time. My pizzas were not waiting for me in the warmer oven. The woman who greeted me when back to find out status of order. She was in the back speaking with coworkers, some of these coworkers were not wearing masks. She walked around the back for at least 5 minutes before returning to tell me that she was only able to locate 1 of the pizzas and she would refund me for the other. I told her that the pizza that she was unable to locate was for someone else and that was the one I definitely needed. After another 3-5 minutes, the pizza was found. By this time, both pizzas were no longer hot. They had just been sitting around, somewhere??? I had ordered extra cheese on 1 of the pizzas. There were areas of that pizza that had NO cheese and the sauce on the pizza was almost non-existent. I brought this to her attention. She gave me a small discount. I should have told her that I no longer wanted order at that time, because when I finally got the pizza home it was very cold and had to be reheated. Because of the minute amount of sauce and cheese in areas of pizza it became like cardboard and parts were could not be eaten.
Overall my experience was good. Pizza Hut is my favorite pizza place. I ordered a veggie pizza and the only critique I have is that I would have liked if my bell peppers were cooked more because they tasted raw. Other than that, great ?
My order was late. I ordered 5 large pan pizzas, the driver showed up with 3, one of them was way overcooked and the pizza was not made right, I ordered pan crust and they were like had tossed and every one was cut crooked and the crust was tough. I had to get my pizza cutter out to cut th rest of the way through all the pizzas. The last two times I ordered from this pizza hut the food was not what I expect from pizza hut.
Pizza I got tasted fine. I just wish it didn't take twice as long as the estimated delivery time said it was going to be. Also my pizza was smashed toward the right side of the box like it was thrown in the driver's car and a little bit of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. I only leave 2 stars since the pizza was still salvageable to enjoy and I'm not picky when it comes to the temperature of things.
