The wost chiinese food. Of fontana caI dont understand how people eat hereNotiing is good nothing ..riice is nasty and chiicken bad qualiiity..cheap chickken.Unflavor ffood and very grease.never come back here.
these guys are like a joke.No dining inside. why?? All restaurants dining inside is open now...hmmm I know why, less employees and more money in their pocket. I'm never going that place again.
Worst drive truw nothing but bad attitudes and they dont give no love to the customer or the food
Order through drive thru, they had me wait 15 mins parked for my food to be ready and to top it off my order was wrong. When i got home i tried calling and they’re phone is unplugged ring ones and hangs up right away.
The rice was still I don't know what kind of meat that was and you weren't even able to go inside to take a look at the food and see what it is that you want I know it's called Panda Express but that one that likes to see her food being made and I want to see the food and you don't see how fresh it is and then we weren't able to do that other than that the food was very very nasty and it was not hot it was not even warm but the lady that waited on us she was friendly
This panda is by far the worst one yet and I’ve been a huge panda fan for awhile now. The service here is beyond rude and the food was frozen when given to us. I went inside to get it exchanged, and then the same exact thing for the new one. Would not recommend going here. Go to another location.
The customer service here is awful. The girl at the window told me after I handed her my cash they had no change. She asked if I had the exact amount I said one minute while I looked through my purse and she was very rude and kept repeating “do you want to round it up, just round it up”. This place is trying to take extra cash from you and it’s ridiculous.
Not a pleasant experience with the drive thru. Items were missing, and got charged twice after being accused of not having ordered it the first time. After being rushed through the drive thru, I didn’t realize that I was actually charged the first time around to begin with. Check your bags and receipt before you pull out of their drive thru. And sidenote: trying to follow up with a phone call to their establishment to reconcile the situation is a joke. Nobody answers. Very disappointed.
I usually go to sierra lakes, thought I would give this one a shot was not happy at all no sauce on or on side for teriyaki chicken... Egg rolls were soggy. Honey walnut shrimp was all stuck together in all 3 combos the Kung Pao was good.
Ordered string bean chicken and was very disappointed in the portion I was given, went to other locations and have been pleased with serving size. First and last time here
