Slow service. They forgot we were waiting for our food and started serving others. Did not see a team lead or manager come out to help through the rush when food was empty and customers waiting. Meanwhile, staff was having a great time joking around with each other.Food was good when we finally got it. That's the only thing saving the rating.
My go to place when I take my brother out. I’m not a fan but my brother LOVES this place! The customer service is great!
Worst place they never have anything ready always have to wait and They don't serve you enough food. Over all bad service!
Due to the Covid ordinance we were unable to sit inside.The food was good and the service was quick.
Just pure horrible customer service!!Extra plus size women taken orders was not only rushing people but totally rude in doing it. "We have the right to refuse service to anyone" that was her answer when she noticed an old lady sitting on one of the chairs when her family were in line to order. She even came across to the cashier and said "I need you to hurry up here"!!! The guy was attaining to customers requests nothing more.Definitely not coming here again and management needs to do something about repeated customer complaints from bad and rude behavior.

what a bad moment just had in this place with this girl I think her ne is Arlene not sure but she is a little overweight maybe around 400 to 500 pounds looks like she likes bullying and mocking people and just saying just kidding after a little mocking and trying to make customers look stupid, the only thing you have to do is bag the food and collect the payment
I walked in and catched one of the employees put the food back into the hot containers of the order that she messed up.. Pretty gross i waited over 10 mins to get helped and the employee at the register asked if jI wanted to round up my total i said no still got my total rounded up i said ok fine Let that slide, And when i got my food the portions were small i come all the time and i never got a little bit of food or any of these experiences happen i spoke to the manager and she was more so careless and just said theyre new associates
Great place to come if you dont expect much. 1 hr before closing and they had 3 items to choose from. I get preparing to close but damb....1hr ahead of time!! I never ever write reviews but this location never seems to surprise me when it comes to a negative experience.
