The server was nice but service was very slow. They forgot to place my son's order and we couldn't get our server's attention to ask where it was until everyone else was done eating. They made it quickly but overall, the sushi meal tool 90 minutes
Great sushi and definitely hit the craving for my wife and I. Price seems alongside other sushi places and they were pretty quick too.
Very good food, and very good service. The chef was amazing. Ordered 8 different sushi rolls and each one had a distinct flavor that made it a delicious experience. Overall, very good sushi and I would suggest this for any sushi entrepreneurs.
Close time says at 10pm called at 9:15pm and they didn't answer. I drove 15 min from San bernardino, when I walked in it was 9:37pm and was told kitchen was closed at 9:30pm and they have everything cleaned and it was only pick up. I don't understand why they can't answer the phone and say that instead they just denied my service and drove for nothing. Won't go back to this place. I called culichi town and they said kitchen is closed at 10:30pm that's called customer service.
Some of the Best Sushi I've had since moving down here to SoCal. It was beautiful, tasty, I also had their sashimi plate. It was my first experience with it and I was scared but it was pretty nice! It definitely isn't for everyone but I can see me having it again. Know what textures you are okay with before getting sashimi.\\n\\nI also tried my friend's beef Ramen and from the little taste I gad. The broth tasted like steak to me.\\n\\nThen again this all could have been due to the Hot Sake and Soju we had but I've been here before without drinking. Excellent place and wonderful service.
Lost my Business, I've gone to this spot so many times usually treated well, food was always great. Food wasn't like we've had before quality has gone down, especially when the order was wrong, didn't help much. rude hostess, got our order wrong and got mad. Felt super rushed, then had the audacity to ask for a tip. Even though another server that left in the middle was helping us the most. Looking else where for sushi.
Came here with high expectations as the Rancho Cucamonga location is good. Left wondering if I'm family and i will get sick from what we ate. By far one of the worst sushi I have ever eaten. In line down the street looking for something to wash this taste out of our mouths.
It's nice for a first date or even to hangout but for the cost and the amount not worth it. The food was okay but worth trying once. My favorite part was the service. Everyone was super friendly and welcoming.
If i could leave them zero stars I would! My family and I walked in and waited 20 minutes with no one acknowledging us the entire time! No one spoke to us at all they literally just kept walking past us and one person sat at the desk next to us and stared the entire time. I know when my business isn't wanted and I will not be returning. If you want customer service go elsewhere.
We thought it was a Japan restaurant and ordered ramen. But the ramen was not the Japanese noodle soup, it was a regular instant Korean noodle. The soup was bland and it costs 10 dollars for just one instant ramen. The sushi was good but the ramen was a big disappointment. They should either lower the price or be taken out of the menu.
