This was our first time to this Oggi's, but it didn't feel that way. We felt like we've been going there for a long time and everyone there were super friendly and very nice. The food was on point. To me the best wings around. The Habanero pineapple sauce is the best. The kids got a cheese pizza and they devoured it. I can go on and on. JUST GO AND CHECK IT OUT FOR YOURSELF.
I ordered from their catering menu and was pleased that they were able to accommodate my request on a Saturday. Managers, Cory and Cynthia were friendly and helpful. The only downside was a comment made by one of the servers as I was waiting for my food. She said "who takes a catering order on a Saturday, the kitchen is a hot mess right now" to which the male server agreed. It was unprofessional and made me feel uncomfortable. Other than that, the lasagna was a hit and my guest really enjoyed it.
We really enjoyed the food - more than we thought we would! We had the tequila chicken pasta, which was really good! Great flavors and mixture of ingredients and textures. We also got the cobb salad, which was really nice as well.However, the service wasn't the greatest. Our food was made pretty quick, which was nice, and I won't complain about the amount of time it took to be greeted by our service, as they were understaffed... but my complaint is more just about the lack of friendliness from staff. When we entered, the hostess was just wayyyy too casual. She asked us where we wanted to be seated, and didn't give any suggestions or anything, which put us in a weird position feeling quite awkward as it was our first time. Then when we asked for food recommendations, she had to pick up a menu and look over it, and then the way she gave her answers made it seem like she had never thought about the question before... It was all just way too casual, and not even that friendly.
Everything is fresh, good quality and the atmosphere is friendly, plus all sports decorations make it the spot to go to.
Lol this is the only restaurant I have ever been in where I tell the bartender my son accidentally spilled a drink and she hands me a rag to clean it up ? smh ??♂️ Talk about self-service lol
We walked in and the manager was at the front counter. He ignored us completely. So we went and sat down grabbed ourselves some menus and Charlie, the waitress, came over. She was very busy basically running the store by herself self said she'd be right with us. The manager did not bring any drinks or even aknowledge our presence... we waited 10 minutes before she was able to get back to our table to bring drinks.We asked for a children's menu and the manager was not even aware that they had one... So then the hostess, Yolanda, finally shows up apparently she was late, and we asked if she could let our waitress know that we did not want the soup we had ordered. She gave us a dirty look and went over to talk to some guys in the bar. The food was OK. Our order was wrong and the reason we canceled the soup is because we did not get it... The service was good but the waitress seemed very bitter and angry, Can't really blame her nobody was helping and the manager was standing around. The useless hostess shouldn't have even bothered showing up. Too bad,this place used to be really good.
Beer sampler! Hubby and I tried 8 which was enough for the both of us. It allowed us to try familiar and new flavors. Appetizers are plenty for 2, nachos and poutine were perfect. We also shared sliders. We first tried Oggi's during the stay at home orders, pizza, burgers everything we tried was great!
Came here to check out the set up for watching college basketball for March Madness. They have good seating and lots of tv screens. We have to request to change the channel coz they’re playing baseball on TV. Food is alright. Glad they have cauliflower crust for pizza. We also tried their chicken piccata.
Great food and great service. Definitely goong here again. First time going here and I can say it was way better than Bostons.
I was off yesterday and decided to go to Oggi's. I had been wanting to go here since this place opened. The was barely anyone there since it was mid day. Server walked by an tossed some napkins and straws on the table... super rude. Then another person came over and took our order. Took very long to get our food, the pizza was warm like it had been sitting out when it should've been hot. The wings were all drums no flats, they tasted like they were cooked in old grease and squeezed with lemon juice. The waitress came back and checked on us 1 time. Then after that I had to get the attention of the hostess to see if we could get our receipt to pay. The waitress never even came back to give us the bill the hostess did. Super RUDE like who does that? There was a guy there looked like maybe the owner or proprietor never spoke to any of the customers. I definitely will not be back, nor will I refer anyone. I could go into some other details but there's no point. Don't provide excellent service for the customers you like, and poor service to others why even be in business if that's your mentality.?
